15/08/2026: Highly recommended, but a cold departure. We had been eagerly anticipating this evening. What a disappointment. A cold welcome. A manager who sighs as soon as customers arrive, an unfriendly waiter, and despite the relatively tasty food, the portions are laughable and outdated. For a bistro, it's disappointing. If we had wanted a gourmet meal, we would have gone to the restaurant next door. We waited for desserts for over an hour and a quarter. Every time we complained, we were met with dismissive laughter. We were told "staff shortage," then "it happens," then "the terminal malfunctioned, your orders weren't taken," and finally, "it was the whipped cream machine that wasn't working." The desserts arrived lukewarm and again in ridiculously small portions. Not a smile. Nothing. The setting is magnificent, though; it's a shame the management doesn't live up to the potential of the location. In short, we will not return despite "apologies" and our complimentary aperitifs.

09/07/2026: We had a fantastic dinner at this lovely wine bar/shop and restaurant. The food was outstanding and excellent value. Really inventive dishes (e.g. strawberry and tomato gazpacho for dessert with basil ice cream) that were perfectly made. It was during a heatwave and there was air conditioning inside but we chose to sit out in the lovely square. The service was fantastic, so kind and friendly. I am coeliac and there were naturally gluten free mains and desserts in the menu and the staff understood my allergy and double checked details with the kitchen which was very reassuring. Would highly recommend for an excellent dinner in Troyes.

08/09/2026: Hello, everything was perfect with the food. The service and the waiters were super friendly. But the music in the evening was awful! It's a restaurant with a lounge feel, but the music turns it into a nightclub. I'll only come at lunchtime from now on because there's no music at lunchtime.... But otherwise, everything was great.

23/08/2026: A truly fantastic lunch! The food, service, and atmosphere were excellent! A set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for €20 with three choices for each course—exceptional value for money! We enjoyed our meal, had a pleasant chat with the owner, and will definitely return next time we're in Agen. The free gravel parking across the street is very convenient. Thank you!

15/08/2026: We had the 5-course tasting menu (€75) with the wine pairing. The food was fine but nothing memorable. There was an unusually long wait for the main course—from what we could tell, our main course was held back so it could be cooked together with another table’s main course who started 30 minutes later than us. Making earlier guests wait to accommodate a later booking felt backwards, and by the end we were more worn out than satisfied.

12/08/2026: I've been coming here for four years, but it's not the same as it is today. The portions have become stingy, especially for a €14 kebab meal. Otherwise, it's very fast.

10/08/2026: ⭐ 1/5 — Very bad experience I ordered this dish for €16 and specifically requested that the meat be well-cooked and flavorful. Unfortunately, the meat was completely dry and tough, as if it had been overcooked. For €16, I really expected much better quality. The service was also very poor. I had to ask for water myself, but no one brought it to the table. I finally had to go back to the counter to ask for water a second time. In addition, the staff's attitude was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. Their expressions and behavior gave the impression that they were angry with the customers or that they had no desire to serve them. No smiles, no warm welcome, and no attention whatsoever. For €16, the quality of the food and service is truly very disappointing. I absolutely do not recommend this place and I will not be returning. I also believe that the relevant authorities should inspect this establishment, particularly regarding hygiene standards, food quality, and customer service. Such a level of service and such an attitude towards customers are simply unacceptable.

03/09/2026: Our first visit was last night, based solely on whether they could accommodate us after finding two other crêperies we'd been recommended closed. Well, today we went back because we really enjoyed the menu, the welcome, and the quality, and instead of four, we returned as a party of ten! Just to clarify, we're here for a family reunion and we're from the Var region. Thanks again, and we highly recommend it! 🥂
