29/09/2026: Honestly, it's worth it. It doesn't look like much when you walk in, but the pizzas are absolutely delicious. My husband and I don't live nearby, and we'd rather drive a bit to eat a good pizza. I highly recommend it.

The staff was very professional, attentive, and incredibly kind. The food was delicious. I highly recommend it and would definitely return!

03/08/2026: The food was good but not exceptional. For the starter, the roasted melon wasn't roasted at all; it was simply a melon cut into rounds and served with only three small slices of duck breast. The seafood platter was okay but a bit dry; it needed more sauce or mayonnaise, as the haddock was quite dry. The red meat was good but slightly overcooked, while the fish was perfect. For dessert, my partner was disappointed with his cheesecake as it lacked flavor. I struggled to finish my cheese platter (Comté, Camembert, and Reblochon) because the cheeses were very strong. The profiteroles were decent. The waitress was very friendly and offered good advice on rosé wine. The presentation was beautiful.

30/09/2026: I've been a loyal customer of Ksar for several years now; they have the best couscous and the owner is incredibly friendly, always smiling and ready with a kind word.

24/09/2026: If you want to eat good couscous in Toulouse, go to Ksar! The atmosphere is very pleasant, the tables are covered with white tablecloths, the welcome and service are very friendly, and the couscous is absolutely delicious! Very fragrant, the broth and vegetables are perfect, the meat is excellent! Nothing to say except bravo! I'll be back soon!
