24/06/2026: A delightful surprise! We were a group of eight adults looking for a restaurant in Soultz for the evening. We went in because we couldn't find another place, as we weren't particularly keen on kebabs. And we were so glad we did! It's a family-run restaurant owned by a couple and their son, and the welcome and service were incredibly warm. The restaurant is spotless, the portions are generous, and the ingredients are fresh and well-prepared. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Sometimes you just have to look beyond your preconceptions!

06/08/2026: Nice bar, but the clientele is very disruptive, specifically older customers who talk about bar food in a very inappropriate way, making crude comments and gestures that shocked me, like touching this young woman's buttocks without her consent. A minimum level of civility should be expected from customers.

29/07/2026: ★★★★★ A fantastic find! The first thing that strikes you upon arrival is the decor. It's truly unique and will definitely make an impression. It's a very original concept, with a completely offbeat atmosphere. You have to appreciate this style, but personally, I loved it! It gives the place a real identity and is a refreshing change from typical bars. The staff is very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. You immediately feel at ease. The portions are generous, the beers are varied and of good quality, and the service is quick. It's a place where you come as much for the atmosphere as for a drink or a meal. If you're looking for a unique place with character, I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

15/07/2026: In a parking lot, a small, tastefully decorated restaurant with a very warm welcome. The waitress was smiling and receptive to my partner's jokes (lol). There was hardly any wait. The menu is very short because everything is fresh and homemade. Kudos to the chef! Excellent meal, I highly recommend it, but reservations are recommended. Thank you so much for this lovely experience.

28/08/2026: The outdoor setting is very pleasant, the interior is understated, and the food and presentation were excellent. The menu offered a good selection of flavors, except the skate was too salty. One minor point: one of the waiters was a bit too familiar (calling my 62-year-old mother by her first name...), and the presentation of the dishes was a little too rushed and not detailed enough. A good restaurant worth discovering.

06/09/2026: I came to this restaurant, as I often do, for a good, comforting meal. As for the food, no complaints: it was very good. Unfortunately, as for the rest… Upon arrival, we had to wait about ten minutes before being served. During those ten minutes, we truly felt invisible, even though no one was ahead of us. The manager only came to see us much later. Nothing dramatic, however, since he apologized, and this kind of situation can indeed happen. On the other hand, some behaviors are much harder to accept. I completely understand that the job of a waiter is demanding, tiring, and sometimes difficult. But that doesn't justify such a lack of professionalism. In particular, we witnessed the behavior of a young waiter who took it upon himself to imitate a person with a disability in order to make one or more of his colleagues laugh. This did indeed provoke laughter, but particularly loud, persistent, and prolonged laughter that disrupted our meal. We weren't the only ones bothered, as our neighbors also complained about the same situation. Later, we also witnessed some rowdiness among the staff, accompanied by shouts and, once again, loud laughter. This kind of behavior is quite surprising when you've come simply to enjoy a peaceful meal. Finally, the state of the back of the bar left much to be desired: beer bottles on the floor, which a waiter was kicking back under the bar, as well as food and liquids scattered on the floor. I'm a fairly regular customer of this establishment, and it's precisely for this reason that this experience particularly disappointed me. The food was excellent, but the service, the attitude of some of the staff, and the cleanliness of the place now make me think twice before returning. It's a shame, because the food clearly deserves better.

31/07/2026: We were welcomed warmly, well advised, offered to taste our wine and make a different choice if we didn’t like it. The dishes and wine were delicious: champagne to start, rosé with our main course. The entrée, goat cheese with homemade fig preserve, delicious, main courses, steak and duck breast respectively, tender and perfect, the dessert, fondant with vanilla ice cream, succulent and satisfying. We highly recommend this wonderful restaurant!

10/09/2026: A very pleasant spot with a spectacular view of the city center from an altitude of over 700 meters. Delicious food and organized, competent service. Highly recommended.

03/09/2026: A complete disgrace! I reserved a table for four people. I asked for a table near the balustrade to enjoy the view, and I was told that was possible. When we arrived, the table wasn't the one we had been given. No one had told us that the kitchen would close at 2:00 PM (or 2:30 PM). They pressured us and rushed us to take our order. After ordering, when the food arrived, I asked the waitress if fries were included with our meal. The waitress, unpleasant, rude, and completely unprofessional, replied, "I only have two hands." I work in the restaurant industry and I know how difficult it is to meet every customer's requests, but I have never allowed myself to respond to a customer with such arrogance and rudeness. I was really disgusted by the service, it was shameful.

09/08/2026: My favorite crêperie in the Île-de-France region. Impeccable service, delicious crêpes, very reasonable prices, and a lovely terrace in the summer. I highly recommend it and go back every month.

05/09/2026: The food is still consistently good, but the attitude of the cashier when we visited on September 4, 2026, around 10:15 p.m., was frankly unacceptable. She spoke very loudly and continuously, used foul language in front of the customers, and seemed completely indifferent to their presence and the image she was projecting. We left the restaurant stunned, wondering if there was a manager on site to supervise the staff. The cashier represents the establishment and is often the first and last point of contact for customers. Management can—and must—clearly do better in this regard. It's a real shame, because the quality of the food deserves a much more professional welcome.

05/09/2026: Having been very pleasantly surprised by the professionalism of the drive-thru last night, I wanted to say a big thank you to the KFC in La Valentine. Top-notch professionals, nothing was forgotten despite the large order. The food was truly excellent.

23/07/2026: The restaurant was full, and both waitresses were incredibly fast (they were also in charge of the bar) – great service. We ordered one dish from the daily specials menu, beef cooked medium, but they could barely cut it… it was like chewing gum. And it definitely wasn't medium/see photo. We mentioned it when they were clearing the table (unfortunately, no one came before because it was so busy). The response: "Oh, would you like dessert?" 😂 …that was all. The waitress was also baffled when we said it was like chewing gum. We then paid. The baked cheese was good. The beef wasn't worth the money. Maybe we were just unlucky and got a tough piece…
