30/08/2026: I didn't really appreciate the checkout experience. The person at the exit seemed very busy, juggling phone calls and serving customers. They simply told me the amount due, without reminding me of the dishes I had ordered or showing me a detailed bill. If they had mistaken me for someone else, I would have preferred to check the bill before paying, to make sure it was indeed my table and that there were no mistakes. I only received the bank receipt after payment. I understand that they can be very busy, but showing or listing the bill before payment would seem more reassuring and transparent for the customer.

03/08/2026: We had dinner at this restaurant, just the two of us, and it was a truly fantastic experience! The atmosphere is peaceful, the servers are incredibly friendly, helpful, and always smiling, and the food is delicious—the salmon is top-notch. I recommend it 200%! PS: Special mention goes to the lychee ice cream mochi, which are simply divine.

04/09/2026: Discovered during our stay at the GM. Impeccable product quality, everything is fresh daily – it's excellent! We even ordered our sandwiches for the journey home, prepared for us for opening time. Thank you to them!

03/09/2026: 🍕 AMAZING PANUOZZOS! We tried the Panuozzos from Tomato Pizza and they were absolutely incredible 🤩! Whether it's the Panuozzos or the pizzas, the dough is truly excellent and the portions are generous. They're perfect for takeout to eat on the beach, but you can also eat in as there are a few tables. And a little something extra that makes all the difference: the owner is lovely, always smiling, and very kind. It's always a pleasure to go there 😊 An address I highly recommend for a great pizza or a delicious Panuozzo! 🍕🇮🇹

13/09/2026: On a weekend trip to Paris with friends, we discovered this restaurant which, at first glance, doesn't exactly catch the eye... And yet, right on the banks of the Seine (especially the chicken!), the cuisine was a true discovery from beginning to end. The service was efficient and discreet. It's a shame you're so far away... Thank you for the experience.

12/08/2026: Second visit to this restaurant. The quality is consistently excellent. The flavors and presentation are always consistent. All for a reasonable price. We enjoyed the menu. What's particularly noteworthy is the focus on flavorful dishes without overdoing it, and the use of fresh, high-quality ingredients. A reliable choice.

28/08/2026: Excellent value for money considering the prices in Saint-Jean-de-Luz. The house specialty is hake, so that's the best thing to order while you're there. Good wine list and good desserts. The place is small, ideal for couples or small groups (4). In summer, it's advisable to book a few days in advance.

28/08/2026: Wow... straight to 5 stars! We were looking for a restaurant in the area... We made a reservation by phone for my wife and me... Super friendly! The owner, very kind, showed us the different ways to prepare fried carp... So, we started with snails in Pinot Noir, followed by a large, generous platter of four different kinds of fried carp and plenty of fries, paired with an excellent local white wine... A wonderful experience! For anyone spending a few days in the area or just passing through, this is a restaurant you absolutely must stop at! Top-notch!!! Many thanks to the waitress and especially to the kitchen and the owner! See you soon, I hope! 😍

19/08/2026: For the second time at Imperfetto today, I chose the Melanza pizza, with an eggplant cream base. It's a nice change from the classic tomato base. The lemon dessert was also delicious. It makes me want to go back!

14/08/2026: The pizzas were simply incredibly good, and I'm not even mentioning the tiramisu, which was to die for. I did wish the portion of tiramisu had been more generous, but it was still decent. The air conditioning not working was a bit hard to bear in the heat, but I still have fond memories of it.

23/07/2026: This is the kind of "hole in the wall" place you want to find in Paris, that serves real food, no frills. Don't let the exterior fool you. Each of fish dishes we had (one bonite, one lotte) had such delicate, tasteful cream sauces that uniquely complemented the fish and the other ingredients. I also really liked the razor clams. Service was friendly and attentive.

04/08/2026: UPDATE: There are many ways to prepare squid. That's why I asked these questions. I simply wanted to know how many squid rings were in a portion, as I couldn't find this information. I clearly explained that I was trying to choose a dish suitable for a child, so she would eat her fill and the portion would be sufficient. First, we weren't offered a children's menu. Then, you started mocking my question, saying, "Ha ha ha, we've never been asked a question like that about the number of squid." I found this reaction inappropriate and disgusting. Unfortunately, there was no children's menu. When we asked what the dishes consisted of and how the squid was prepared so we could choose a suitable dish for our child, the waiter replied that he didn't know and that no one had ever asked him that kind of question before…
