10/04/2026: The mussels were cold. The spaghetti with goulash sauce wasn't really suitable for children. Food was bad, service was okay.

09/04/2026: It's true that the cuisine isn't top-notch. It's a reasonably priced tourist restaurant. However, the square where the restaurant is located is very pretty, sunny, the waiters are extremely friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. If the weather is nice and you don't have high expectations, it's a good place to eat.

21/01/2025: One of the best quality/price ratios that I have come across. The cuisine is excellent, from appetizers to dessert including everything I was able to taste, the service as pleasant as possible, the atmosphere is that of any good restaurant where many people meet and the only small flaw What I was able to note is that for a restaurant focusing on regional cuisine, a decoration based on photos of Paris, even if they are superb, does a bit of a job in the setting. Other than that, there is nothing more to say about it, other than: go for it, enjoy yourself, from the tapenade to the aligot through the childhood memory or the rougail which was served as a dish yesterday , none of these dishes is disappointing and each offers a moment-to-moment pleasure. Congratulations to the chef and the entire team working in this restaurant.

21/02/2026: A very nice establishment with excellent food; I highly recommend it! However, the exterior is very understated, making the place almost invisible. It should better reflect the quality of the food and service. Despite the fact that businesses are struggling greatly right now, an attractive exterior could bring in some much-needed customers. 11/04/2026: A pizza as generous as the alcohol on offer, it's a baaaar or a pizzeria LOL. My friends and I, leaving a gay club at 11 am, took refuge in this place. We ate really well, everything went well except for the condom in the glass. It didn't stop me from drinking my beer though; I just have a little bit of lube left on my lips. I recommend it.

14/03/2026: Escale Thaï restaurant in Lille is a wonderful discovery for lovers of Thai cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the Pad Thai with shrimp, which was perfectly balanced and very flavorful. The decor, with its bamboo lamps and Asian touches, creates a truly exotic atmosphere. A big thank you to Som, our server, for her warm welcome and helpful advice on the dishes. I highly recommend this restaurant.

07/04/2026: We have been twice when skiing in Flaine. Love this place, cosy and welcoming and great local mountain dishes. Fabulous service, they collected us from our apartment and took us home. Fairly pricey but worth it as a treat.
