13/06/2026: I've never had a similar experience in a restaurant with this reputation. We arrived at 1:20 PM and left at 4:00 PM, having ordered everything at once (table of 8). The head waiter, very arrogant and without a smile, must have decided we weren't worth his time and effort; he simply served us haphazardly. Every other plate was cleared. Wine was left in a bucket 10 meters from the table, and no one came to refill it. Clearing crumbs seemed to take priority over taking dessert orders and pouring wine. One waiter, however, was friendly—big shout-out to Thierry! The food was really bad, especially for the price! I was truly shocked! No place to go.

26/06/2026: The pizzas were very good, however, it took almost two hours for delivery… That's way too long! The website states that we pay with restaurant vouchers, but the delivery driver's card reader doesn't accept restaurant vouchers (three different brands of them). However, the bank card payment goes through immediately. In any case, be aware that Uber Eats orders take priority over yours. Anyway, have a good evening, and thankfully the French team is winning 3-1 so far!

26/06/2026: A 1 hour 48 minute wait for a delivery order and it was impossible to pay with a restaurant card (three different brands were tried). No compensation whatsoever! The pizzas were very good, however; only the delivery service was disappointing.

12/06/2026: Good service, bland cuisine, lack of spices to enhance the dishes, especially the couscous, apart from the small bowl of harissa served with it.

11/06/2026: I was here while being on a Classtrip and we were 7 persons , they welcomed us imediantly and offered us seats. The food was excellent and had fair prices also the employees were also very friendly and in a great mood, what I think is really awesome. I would definetly recommend to come to this greate place again. It is a really nice place .

11/06/2026: It was very nice and good. The place has a good vibe and the food here is sooo delicious. I ordered a Burger and it was one of the best burgers I ever ate. The Burger came with fries and the price for it is very good. The best part is also that the people were very nice and welcoming. If I get the chance to come here, I will come for sure again here.

18/05/2026: A 5-day/4-night stay at this incredible establishment. We had room 33 in the farmhouse and felt so comfortable there. The view is breathtaking. The room's layout invites calm and relaxation, but the region is full of places to visit. The restaurant offers a single, blind tasting menu. It's unusual, but we enjoyed the experience. The breakfast buffet is very well stocked: fruit, yogurt, pastries, bread, brioche and homemade cake, jams, cheeses, cold cuts, scrambled eggs... Enough to satisfy any appetite! We will gladly return.

14/06/2026: We went there yesterday, Saturday, June 13th, at lunchtime. The phone reception for the reservation was excellent. We received a very warm welcome at the restaurant, the dishes prepared by the Chef were exquisite, and the service was superb! We were two couples of friends with gift vouchers, and we left the restaurant truly delighted and satisfied with the service provided by these professionals. The place is very pleasant and impeccably clean! We recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to enjoy a pleasant and convivial experience! Thank you to "L'Auberge Restaurant Le Ratelier." 07/06/2026: Lunch with my wife on Saturday the 6th at noon via a meal voucher. Great welcome, great meal (special voucher type) but not cheapened as is often the case with meal vouchers!

22/04/2026: Reservation for 2 on a Tuesday evening: We received a warm welcome; the staff were professional and friendly. The food was excellent, the delicious dishes flowed smoothly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. This wasn't our first visit, and we will gladly return.

17/06/2026: 1 Star This was one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in Cannes. The biggest issue was that the staff and chef seemed completely uninterested in what we actually wanted to order. Rather than listening to our selections, they continually pushed and served some of the most expensive items on the menu, including sashimi and wagyu, creating the impression that maximizing the bill was more important than providing a good dining experience. For two people, the total came to nearly €600. Had the food been exceptional, that might have been easier to justify. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. The quality was mediocre at best, the dishes felt overpriced, and nothing we ate came close to warranting the final bill. To make matters worse, there was confusion regarding service charges, with staff indicating that tip was included. The entire experience felt misleading and left a very bad impression. The most telling part is that despite spending nearly €600, we left disappointed, feeling taken advantage of rather than looked after. We both felt unwell afterward, which only added to the regret. Cannes has countless outstanding restaurants that respect their customers’ preferences and deliver value for money. This is not one of them. Save your time, save your money, and dine elsewhere.
