12/04/2026: A truly gourmet experience: the starter, main course, and dessert were all exquisitely prepared, clearly the result of a lot of research and hard work—that's what makes it so enjoyable and what you won't find anywhere else. Our taste buds were in heaven. The small dining room was very welcoming, the individual baguettes were delicious, and the white wine by the glass was excellent. We had been before and we came back. We made a special detour on our journey.

04/05/2026: The Spirit of a Quality Brasserie After the fried onions as an aperitif, we ordered four different dishes: excellent tripe with fries, a traditional Toulouse sausage with aligot (a cheesy potato dish), an 8-centimeter-thick steak, and for me, a magnificent Aubrac ribeye. The tenderness of this meat was truly exceptional. I usually eat meat without sauce! But this time, I made the mistake of dipping a fry in the homemade pepper and Roquefort sauces and finished both ramekins. And what a pleasure it was to be served on the terrace by people who were both so friendly and professional. BRAVO for your work! And thank you for maintaining the spirit of a quality brasserie.
