There are a number of amazing Thai restaurants in Ile de France, and I have to come to Orcieres to eat the best Pad Thai. I ate there all week, and everything was good. The welcome is very good, we can see that they are happy to welcome us (unlike many others 👀)

24/09/2024: Came this evening for two Nutella pancakes, what a surprise! Very warm welcome despite the late hour, the waiter is a real gem, good energy and very smiling, we will come back only for him!
Excellent and generous crepe, the setting is very nice, decorating for fall, it feels good!
Close to the city center, it is the perfect address for all occasions. I RECOMMEND!

25/01/2025: Un endroit magique. Dès l’entrée nous sommes plongés dans l’univers d’un chalet savoyard très cosy avec un accueil chaleureux. Du personnel au top et très à l’écoute et avec beaucoup d’humour. Les patrons sont adorables et nous mangeons merveilleusement bien. Un rapport qualité prix parfait. La note : 20/20. Nous reviendrons dès que nous passerons dans la région car franchement belle découverte.

20/01/2025: Quelle belle adresse. Un accueil chaleureux, décontracté et très professionnel. La cuisine du chef met en valeur les traditions savoyardes et les produits locaux de qualité. L'ambiance du restaurant est également à mentionner: on se sent immédiatement transporté dans un chaleureux chalet de Haute-Savoie. La décoration en bois, les éclairages doux et les petites touches artisanales créent une atmosphère cocooning parfaite pour déguster un bon repas en toute sérénité. En somme Le Denieu est une adresse incontournable pour quiconque cherche à savourer une cuisine de nos montagnes.
Bravo et merci nous reviendrons.

19/09/2024: Nice decor, however disappointed by the dishes. The tasteless charcuterie board for the andouille, cured ham, olives and half the cheeses. Small+ for the terrine. The Perigourdine plate with its gizzards heated in the microwave and its presentation did not raise the level. The stingray wings were good. Overall meh.

19/09/2024: A great experience, top notch food, from the wonderful terrine they set on the table when you arrive to the tasty desserts. Ofcourse the Rib of Beef is the Star of the show along with the delicious chips. The friendly service made the evening that bit more enjoyable. A “Must Do” experience if you go to Bordeaux

05/12/2024: Nous avons été très bien reçu dans restaurant marocain ou Momo nous a fait partager un bout de sa culture à travers des mets savoureux. L’ambiance est très conviviale et les prix plus que raisonnable au vu du contenu de votre assiette. Je recommande vivement et j’y retournerai très certainement.

23/09/2024: Used to Michelin-starred restaurants, this time it was good but nothing unforgettable.
And so for a Michelin star I found it a little small: arrived at the end of the meal no sweets. The owner's reason: "it's only served if you have coffee". So in this case you would have to follow through with your ridiculous approach because the table next to us only had coffee for 2 guests, but sweets arrived for both of them. In your logic you should not have bring only for the person who ordered the coffee. In any case, having come several times in the past, it is with great pleasure that we will never set foot there again.
