08/07/2026: Warm welcome, delicious food, generous portions. Highly recommended.

17/06/2026: The meal was excellent. I was a little disappointed not to be able to have carbonnade (only available on Thursdays by reservation), so we had Welsh rarebit and a Maroilles cheese tart instead. I came to introduce a foreign friend to the food and culture of Northern France, and she loved it. One small drawback: we were bothered by a rather inebriated customer who was quite pushy. I would gladly return; the welcome is very warm!

21/06/2026: The pastries are original and quite good, but expensive. The staff is completely unprofessional. Be warned: if you reserve a table, you'll be served 20 minutes later, and after another 20 minutes, you'll be told that your reservation was only for an hour and that you need to hurry! That's expensive for fast food; you're better off going somewhere else where you can take your time eating.

18/06/2026: I recently went to a Michelin-starred restaurant in Grenoble (there's only one), and was disappointed by the ambiance and the food. Last week, I went to an annex of a renowned Bresson restaurant in Voiron; the setting was lovely, but the food was uninspired. For the third time in a short period, we went to La Girolle, and once again, we were very satisfied. A very good meal, beautifully presented tableware, the service was better than in a Michelin-starred restaurant, and all for a lower price. It's no wonder this restaurant has been around for so long, while others close when there's quality; it can only succeed.

05/05/2026: A fantastic spot in Old Nice! Delhi Beli is an excellent Indian restaurant: the food is truly delicious, bursting with flavor, and the service is incredibly friendly. We received a very warm welcome and were served promptly, which was much appreciated. The atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming, and the place is perfect for a lovely evening in Old Nice. I highly recommend it!

07/06/2026: We had a great time here. We stayed during our trip for Roland Garros. The location is the best part about it. Close to so many incredible shops and sites. Without traffic 35-40 mins from the airport. It was about 35 mins from Roland Garros. The staff was kind and many of them spoke English. The bar and restaurant were incredible. They had a piano player playing every night which added to the vibe and elegance of the hotel. The rooms weren’t super modern but they were clean and our room had a fridge which was great for keeping our drinks cold. The shower water got hot really fast which was also great. 💪💪💪

26/06/2026: We returned to this farm inn for Father's Day, after a family hike. What a pleasure it was to rediscover this place 11 years after our first visit! Despite the restaurant being full that day, the service was exemplary: a smiling, dynamic, and very friendly team who knew how to handle the crowds professionally. As for the food, we thoroughly enjoyed it. The menus (game, duck, Alsatian dishes) are generous, delicious, and offered at very reasonable prices. A must-visit in the area that we highly recommend.

04/06/2026: Local, regional dishes at fair prices. Generous portions; we had wild boar and a set menu with cheese and sampler cheese. The service was very friendly, with parking on site and a resident dog on the terrace. An ideal stopover for day trips. Highly recommended, would gladly return.
