01/11/2025: Delicious! This is our second time here and we're thrilled. The burgers are incredible and the flavors are perfectly balanced. You can tell the quality is there. The same goes for the cocktails, which are also very well made.

20/04/2026: We had a wonderful time at Mimounia restaurant! We enjoyed delicious, generous, and perfectly prepared couscous. The dishes were rich in flavor, and you could really taste the quality of the ingredients and the expertise in oriental cuisine. The variety of oriental desserts on offer was a real treat for those with a sweet tooth, not to mention the mint tea, served in the purest tradition: a delight! A big thank you also to the owner for his warm welcome and kindness. The restaurant's atmosphere is friendly, exotic, and very pleasant; you immediately feel at ease. A truly wonderful place that I recommend without hesitation!

18/04/2026: We go there often. It's a magical, timeless place in the hills of the Var region. Between traditional cuisine and a symbolic atmosphere, you're welcomed with genuine warmth and almost affection. Cécile's cooking is true to her roots, and the service is impeccable. A splendid and peaceful place.

27/05/2026: A nice wraps spot that doesn’t get the attention it deserves. They make delicious and varied wraps, I’ve tried countless different options and they’re all so good. Fairly priced, and just really pleasant

25/04/2026: I went last Thursday at lunchtime. The service was incredibly slow; I waited 40 minutes to be served. My colleagues had already finished their meals by the time I started eating. The spaghetti carbonara was okay, but the fruit salad wasn't great.

22/05/2026: The standout meal of a Bordeaux trip that included several more decorated kitchens. Chef Thibaut Gamba's style is delicate and seasonal — the white asparagus with morels and nasturtium read like a thesis on what Gironde produce can do in May, and the lamb course (rare, layered, with a sabayon and broad beans) was the kind of plate where each element earned its place. The amuse-bouche and pre-dessert were equally considered — no filler, no flourish for its own sake. Service was precise without theatre, attentive without hovering. The room — wisteria pergola outside, the plush dining room inside the 1848 building — is the kind of setting other Saint-Émilion restaurants are trying to imitate. We came with our own bottles and the team accommodated graciously, glassware and pacing handled as if it were their own list. One star feels underrated - this is where you want to eat.

20/05/2026: Logis de la Cadène was one of the most unforgettable dining experiences of our entire wedding week in France. The restaurant manages to do something incredibly special — honoring the soul and tradition of Saint-Émilion while carrying an understated modern energy that reminded me of some of the best dining experiences in New York. The food was elegant, thoughtful, and beautifully executed without ever trying too hard. Every detail — from the pacing of the meal to the warmth of the service — felt intentional and deeply hospitable. Quiet luxury in the truest sense. In a region filled with famous restaurants, this was the place we left genuinely excited about. A hidden gem that deserves to be talked about far more.

04/06/2026: I wanted to try this place. I happened to be passing through this small village one Sunday while looking for bread, as I was in the area. I was charmed and surprised by the beauty of the place: its church, its school, the square, and this bistro-restaurant. After glancing at the menu, I promised myself I'd come back. And I'm so glad I did! Today, my wife, a friend, and I are here. The setting is rustic, and we immediately felt at ease. The food was hearty and delicious, and for me, the famous calf's head with gribiche sauce was perfectly prepared here, according to tradition. I'd rank it in my top four calf's head dishes, whether gribiche or ravigote. A truly good, simple, and pleasant restaurant. The waitress was lovely, and the owner was friendly. Thank you for your hospitality.

29/05/2026: Coffee was ok. But not very strong taste and more foamy than I like. However it’s worth noting the menu listed almost no gluten free (Only saw a brownie). We came because reviews mentioned GF options.
