11/08/2026: Order placed today, 4.9 stars is extremely rare, even for very good pizzerias! So, it's a classic takeaway pizzeria, so the atmosphere and service are very courteous. However, I think I know what went wrong with Stéphane's Savoyard pizza, which he reviewed a month ago. The bacon bits aren't real bacon bits; they're replaced with low-quality ground beef, giving it a taste of microwaved ground beef (don't ask me how I know...). It's a real shame because the rest of the pizza is decent, well-topped, with an ultra-thin crust... but having steak instead of bacon bits in a cream base is incredibly noticeable and not great. I should add that I ordered an extra egg, which wasn't included, so I don't know if I was charged for it (€16 for a pizza and a 1L Coke), but it's a shame, it wasn't busy. Nevertheless, I encourage locals to try it; perhaps something other than the Savoyarde pizza, which isn't anything special. And still, kudos to the chef who manages everything single-handedly—quite an achievement!

27/08/2026: We have been to several restaurants of this type (NY, San Mateo, Mtl, Paris) and this is the only place where the taste of the dishes is like home cooking (authentic).

30/06/2026: A truly Spanish Tapas Restaurant. Top-quality tapas, good, friendly, and relaxed service, excellent wines. The interior is very atmospheric, but we sat outside (covered), which could perhaps be improved in terms of atmosphere.

30/06/2026: We hadn't had the chance to go back to this restaurant for at least 18 years, we had such wonderful memories of it, and we booked a table on the terrace this Saturday. The waiters were super friendly, the tapas were excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, and we won't wait so long to go back. Next time it'll be paella!

13/08/2026: One of the best North African restaurants in L'Arbresle. Good humor, smiles, and generous portions. Wonderful pizzas with a divine crust. Of course, couscous and tagines are also featured, and their coffee is one of the best roasted I've ever tasted. Ms. Aïcha and her son create a welcoming and flavorful atmosphere and take excellent care of their customers and everyone who walks through their door.

02/07/2026: We've been going there regularly for at least 10 years; the service, food, and owner are all top-notch! Tonight we treated ourselves (Spritz, oysters, generous main courses, St. Veran wine, and dessert). Don't hesitate, they often have live music on Friday nights!

02/09/2026: I came for lunch and I'm very disappointed. I ordered a Bo Bun salad with spring rolls only. I received this salad with beef, and I explained that I didn't want beef, that I had only ordered spring rolls. The plate was sent back to the kitchen a few minutes later. I was brought a new plate, and I realized that there were still pieces of beef on it. This is clearly a rip-off, and when I pointed it out, they told me again, "Oh, we'll change it for you." Except I understood perfectly well that the salad had been retrieved, they removed the visible pieces of meat, and simply gave it back to me. Either you take customers' orders correctly, or you make a mistake, and in that case, you start all over again. I don't care if you lose money, especially when the mistake is yours, and then there's no compensation whatsoever; you're still charged. What is certain is that I will not be returning, and I will not be promoting this restaurant at all.

28/08/2026: Excellent food and service! Came here with my partner on a short trip from the UK and was really impressed with the food and service received! We both had the lamb which was tender and really well seasoned! Highly recommend

29/08/2026: After asking three times, I had to get up myself before my son could get his ketchup. His fries were almost gone! The list of syrups ended with a simple "the usual syrups." A prison door would have been more welcoming. Arriving at 7:45 PM and leaving at 9:30 PM is a bit long for two people with a child... Especially since the tables of four around us were served and left before us.

05/09/2026: Excellent food at this restaurant. When we arrived, we thought we were walking into a bar, but we weren't disappointed by the dishes! And the waiter (owner?) was very cheerful and served us promptly, as we had an appointment afterwards. Thank you.

17/05/2026: Hotel in a beautiful setting, easily accessible. Very welcoming and professional staff. Spotless room, bar and restaurant too. The only slight drawback was the late opening time of the pool and hammam, which meant we couldn't use them on our 11:00 am departure day.

16/05/2026: A magnificent hotel for relaxation. I've been coming for years, and the heated pool is fantastic, and I absolutely love the horses!
