21/05/2026: The restaurant's location is well worth the trip. It sits on the poolside terrace overlooking Lake Ailette. The welcome and service are discreet and efficient. The interior is lovely with a large bay window. There's also a shaded terrace with awnings. The dishes on the menu are good, beautifully presented on attractive plates. The portions could be more generous. A great experience.

25/08/2026: A superb experience at the Troubadours' Banquet! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in a truly medieval atmosphere, with decor, costumes, and ambiance that allowed us to escape the everyday. The meal was served at large tables with large platters brought to the table, just like in the Middle Ages, making it a very convivial experience and allowing us to share it with the other guests. And to take the immersion to the next level, there were no forks! We ate with our hands, as in the Middle Ages, which might seem surprising at first but greatly contributes to the charm and originality of the banquet. Between the meal, the entertainment, and the overall atmosphere, everything is designed to transport us back in time. We clearly didn't come just to eat, but to live a genuine medieval experience for three hours. A truly unique activity to do in Provins, especially if you enjoy unusual places, history, and extraordinary experiences. We had a wonderful time, and I highly recommend trying it at least once! 🍻m⚔️

The roast pork was absolutely divine, as was the Corsican veal chop. The welcome was warm and the service simply perfect. The restaurant's atmosphere is truly typical of Corsica. We particularly enjoyed being able to sit on the terrace and soak up the lovely, pleasant, and authentic ambiance. A big thank you to Isa for her warm welcome and for this magnificent evening. 11/09/2026: Our absolute must is perfectly cooked, pearly-white fish! Finally, we found a restaurant that understands this concept, and where the swordfish was perfectly seared. Everything else was also perfect: the presentation, the quality of the ingredients, and the quantity. We highly recommend it! And we'll be back ❤️

10/09/2026: What a wonderful experience! Just steps from the Place du Capitole, this little restaurant is full of charm. A warm welcome, excellent service, and refined cuisine. The €28.00 bistronomic menu features a succession of dishes, each one a delight in both presentation and taste. High-quality ingredients contribute to a perfectly balanced menu, all accompanied by excellent wines. We promise we'll be back to enjoy a delicious cassoulet!

10/10/2026: Passing through Auxerre, we wanted to discover this hidden gem of a restaurant, known for its wood-fired specialties. We met a passionate and very friendly chef, who was happy to advise his customers. A perfect dinner, from appetizer to dessert, featuring seasonal and high-quality ingredients. The grilled dishes were superb (duck breast and Angus beef skewer). We enjoyed glasses of Irancy and Mercurey red wines, with a particular fondness for the full-bodied Mercurey. We highly recommend this restaurant and will undoubtedly return on our next visit to Auxerre. A&C
