04/09/2024: Dans ce pays aux tables un peu rustiques un éclair de saveurs, un ravissement du palais ! Une créativité exceptionnelle aussi bien pour des entrées simple s comme la tomate, pain soufflé, basilic et sorbet maison; le plat canard rosé, crème de haricots et fruits rouges (mûres), champignons, sauce cajun, bien douce et le dessert dans l’imagination des saveurs. Le tout arrosé d’Archimbaud, l’enfant terrible des terrasses du Larzac. Un excellent bio choisi parmi tous les vins AB de la carte. On reviendra dans ce lieu à veyrônnais d’exception. Une découverte et un service plus que souriant

08/12/2024: An extraordinary discovery, the cuisine is fine and full of flavors, inventive, surprising. It’s the kind of table that makes you want to travel miles just to return. The setting is very warm and the menu price is more than reasonable for the quality and finesse of the dishes. Big plus for the vegetarian options as elaborate as the other dishes. We will come back and recommend!
08/12/2024: A lovely address, with a courageous young couple, who, I would like to point out, only run this restaurant with 2 people!
Monsieur offers us his original, sought-after cuisine, concocted with a lot of passion! You can feel it on every plate! Out of the ordinary flavor combinations.
Madame is attentive, gentle, smiling, welcoming,....The service is perfect!
I warmly congratulate them! In respect of their customers, they have chosen to limit the number of place settings, in order to offer quality on the plate and in the service. Which has become rare now in restaurants! Keep it up! I will recommend you to all my vacationers passing through my chalets. The Charmalynes

21/09/2024: We ordered the Fresh Mushroom and Primeur both of which were reasonably priced and tasty. Crust was crispy, ingredients and white sauce ingredients just perfect. These were both good tarte flambes worth ordering again. Would gladly pop in for a quick and light bite at the Flam's on Lombards.
20/09/2024: We had a great time and had a blast! I recommend.
I don't recommend the sweet chocolate flams, we didn't like the mixture at all, it quickly became disgusting.
Paying attention to the distribution of ingredients would be great... finding strips of concentrated onion in the same place and having to distribute them ourselves

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality, taste, and generosity of food.
Everything was excellent!
We got the more expensive 3 course as we were celebrating a special occasion.
Would come here again when the menu changes.

02/09/2024: Locale arredato elegantemente, un po’ retrò. Personale cordiale, efficiente e sorridente. Piatti particolari, ben preparati e belli da vedere, oltre che buoni. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene. Distante mille miglia dalla maggior parte dei locali che si trovano nella “Veil Antibes” sia per qualità ma anche per il prezzo. Certamente un luogo dove ritornare
01/09/2024: Tout est dans le titre. De retour 2 ans + tard et c'est encore parfait. De l'accueil au service et du service à la cuisine. Les mets sont fins et délicats. Le menu Vauban est d'un bon rapport qualité prix pour un semi gastro. Que du plaisir de la très bonne huile d'olive jusqu'au dessert. A 2 personnes avec apéritifs + 1/2 btle de rosé, on est à 140 € mais c'est vraiment bien. Que du plaisir dans un milieu professionnel sans chichi. Perso, je recommande.

01/10/2024: Esta fue una comida estupenda. Muy simple, sabroso y fácil. El pollo estaba genial, el cordero aún mejor. Genial, taboulie fresco, tzatziki y hummus, así como arroz. Un cuadrangular. Agujero en la pared tesoro oculto.

29/09/2024: So if you go to the Auberge du Coq 🐓 definitely don’t take the wine by the glass. One bottom and that’s it. When the boss brought it to me I told him “but you drank half of it on the way”.
First time this has happened to me. Otherwise the dishes are good, the waitresses are friendly and helpful but the bill is hefty.
