The menu is regularly changed, which is almost a shame when you can't come as often as you would like to taste all the dishes....

25/06/2025: This was one of our very favorite experiences in France! It is a new concept by the chefs who want to combine exceptional gastronomy with a warm and pleasant evening. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole evening. Wonderful ambiance, fun environment, spectacular food combined with out-of- this- world wines! I wish we had skipped other Michellin stared restaurants and just returned to this one again and again!
24/06/2025: I highly recommend dining at Olivia and Mickaël Feval's if you're looking for an unusual experience in Aix-en-Provence. In the exceptional setting of a Provençal country house, your taste buds will be stimulated by the seasonal dishes from the "Menu Cézanne" currently on offer.
Olivia will do her utmost to make you feel welcomed and pampered.
Mickaël's dishes will surprise you! Come spend an unforgettable evening on Friday or Saturday nights, or on Thursday nights for the "wine & cheese/pâté en croute" evening.
(Mickaël's pâté en croute is sublime!)

17/12/2023: Travel back in time with this cozy lovely quaint restaurant, with a friendly atmosphere and welcome from bubbly professional staff.
The fish and choose was delicious, so was rmthe chocolate fondant, a true gem in winter, that must be amazing in summer with a terrace at the back.

08/08/2024: Une attente bien longue avant d'être à table. Les serveurs sont comme des poulets dans une basse cour à la recherche du coq perdu. Ils sont aimables certes mais pas efficaces. Le poulet dans l'assiestte quant à lui est tendre et agréable au toucher linguistique !

The table service was impeccable, with an attentive and warm team. At reception we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness, which greatly contributed to making our experience even more pleasant. Special mention for the choice of wine during the meal, which proved to be a perfect match, enhancing each dish. An unforgettable stay that we highly recommend!
