06/03/2026: We were fortunate enough to spend a morning with the team at L’Olivier, in the company of its chef, Christophe Pulizzi, followed by a wonderful 12-course gastronomic journey. The chef was as generous in sharing his knowledge as he was in the dishes he meticulously prepared. Numerous culinary discoveries, innovative flavor and texture combinations—the promise of the journey was fulfilled. Thank you to the chef and his team for taking the time to share this morning with us and for offering us an exceptional menu worthy of a Michelin star. I highly recommend it to everyone.

02/03/2026: A few days after dinner at L’Olivier… my taste buds are still tingling. Each dish is a marvel of flavor that evokes emotion and creates memories. And from my point of view, that's what truly matters. (Just one small point: the portions are sometimes a little small to fully appreciate the flavors 😉) The setting and the waitstaff are fantastic. Having dined at many Michelin-starred restaurants in France… I imagine the Michelin Guide will soon discover this magnificent establishment. 14/03/2026: For my first visit, I appreciated the smooth service and the quality of the dishes, simple yet well-executed. It's a promising restaurant. However, I regret the initial impression given by the waitress sitting outside smoking. This detail contrasts sharply with the quality of the work in the kitchen and dining room, and for me, it's quite a deal-breaker if it becomes a recurring issue. It's a shame, because the rest of the experience was very good.

13/03/2026: Fantastic welcome! I had booked after the show at the Majestic at 10 pm and we left at 10:35 pm. Despite the time and the few remaining customers, they greeted us with a smile and the food was still excellent! Well done for the warm welcome and the smiles!

There are dishes to suit everyone, from classic homemade burgers for those who love simple, comforting food, to more exotic options for those who want to explore new tastes, including vegetarian dishes. Everyone will find something to their liking! The server was very friendly, and the atmosphere was pleasant! We will definitely be back. ☺️

14/02/2026: Excellent from start to finish! The welcome was perfect, the food absolutely divine, and the wine and other tasting advice truly professional. In short, a place to discover and rediscover again and again. The staff were incredibly kind; as I have an allergy to one of the ingredients in the only dessert, they managed to create a suitable (and excellent) alternative for me that same evening. I am very grateful. We truly had an incredible experience. Thank you for this wonderfully successful evening. And congratulations to the entire team. We will definitely be back.
