I always sit down in front of the kitchens, alone or with someone else. It's always a treat (summer and winter). The welcome, the smile, the responsiveness, the service, and the cleanliness are all there. It's a shame that customers don't always fully appreciate this institution, probably due to the cafeteria feel.

08/07/2025: Too expensive for an inedible salad, dishes that are truly inferior in quality, and a level of hygiene that is more than questionable. You can find better in the area.

4 days for training.
Breakfast lunch and dinner with lots of choice.
A very smiling and dynamic team.
Room with good bedding and properly soundproofed.
I recommend.
16/12/2024: At the top super comfortable and soundproof unlike the old bell towers with exterior doors. Great restaurant and breakfast buffet.

I took an assortment of tacos, the one with the slightly gray taco I didn't really like but the beef one was very good. Next time I would choose something less classic. Regarding the restaurant, ask to go to the lower room where you will be more comfortable because the upper one is very small.

We tasted the coconut cake. It's perfect. Soft and tasty.

20/01/2025: Located in a bustling area of the capital, “Sahil” restaurant is open all day. It offers a wide variety of dishes.
So, on this autumnal day, there is nothing better than starting your lunch with a delicious Tchaï, which smells of Indian spices 🤩!
For main course, I opted for the “Nehari” (simmered lamb in sauce) which is the restaurant’s specialty. It is eaten with Basmati rice or Parathas (Indian breads)
The quality/price ratio is very interesting!

Such a cozy place with a little garden where you can sit and enjoy your drink/meal.
Definitely worth a visit !
