20/04/2026: The exterior of the establishment could be more in keeping with the style of this pretty village. However, upon entering, one immediately recognizes the hallmarks of a traditional inn. The welcome is extremely warm and friendly. Impeccable cleanliness. On Sundays, the menu is à la carte. Excellent quality and generous portions. It's easy to see why they're so popular. A wonderful find.

12/03/2026: Excellent place! We tried the restaurant twice and really enjoyed the fondue, which was delicious and served with excellent charcuterie. We also tried the braserade, but were disappointed by how the meat turned black in seconds. However, the salads and potatoes were very good. You absolutely must try their amazing fries; we've never tasted such good ones in our lives! If you could send us some to Loir-et-Cher, please do! 😂 We found the desserts to be just okay and not homemade. Thank you for this discovery, and best of luck!

23/03/2026: A very nice experience. Very conveniently located and with parking facilities. The building is well maintained, the rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the breakfast was excellent. I will go there again!

25/02/2026: The Auberge de Sainte Maure is a charming place with a superb view. My husband and I ate there, and everything was excellent. The dishes were beautifully presented, with explanations from the waiter. The wine and champagne were very good, with suggestions from the sommelier. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We received a very warm welcome as soon as we walked in. I highly recommend this restaurant. And thank you to the chefs for taking us on a culinary journey.

15/04/2026: We should stop saying this establishment is exceptional, because reservations are going to become increasingly difficult in the future… (Humor) We had a lovely family meal, with very professional service, a truly original and festive meal that was both delicious and plentiful, all in a calm and intimate setting. 14/04/2026: We had a fantastic stay recently at Toile Blanche for four nights. We’ve been lucky enough to stay in some very luxury hotels over the years but I’d go as so far to say this probably beats them all. The staff are exceptionally polite, friendly and welcoming. The location is beautiful along with the hotel itself and its grounds, and the food/restaurant is genuinely fantastic. We ended up eating at the hotel 3/4 nights because of how good the food was. Couldn’t recommend more and we will certainly be back!

21/04/2026: I order takeout from them very often and I'm never disappointed. The service is always top-notch: fast, efficient, and very professional. The food is excellent, flavorful, and consistently high quality with every order. A big thank you also to the staff, who are always very welcoming, smiling, and pleasant. It's a real pleasure to order from them; I highly recommend them!

The welcome was friendly, cheerful, and very professional. The mussels (bouchot, of course!) were simply delicious. All this at a very reasonable price. 28/03/2026: The Château de Fretoy was an unforgettable discovery for our Swiss and Dutch families who came to reunite and stay for four wonderful days. The Château, its grounds, its outbuildings, and our two hosts, as well as their excellent advice on local chefs to hire, left nothing to be desired; we highly recommend this place.
