19/11/2024: We went to dinner following the good reviews which praise this restaurant, and it was as part of an evening with a group who sang traditional Corsican songs, if you do not like the sound too loud, avoid this theme evening , impossible to talk to each other at the table the sound is clearly too loud!
Food wise it's ok but not crazy either, the welcome is very good, a mixed experience considering the high price for this specific evening.
20/10/2024: Typical Corsican restaurant with a new menu to discover absolutely! warm and relaxed atmosphere!

This day we had our service Christmas meal (a large group of 30 people). It was the first time for many of us. We are spread THRILLED with the experience!
Already the restaurant is really nice and we were in the room downstairs, which is magnificent! The service is attentive, efficient, pleasant, helpful staff! And to finish, a Perfect kitchen!!! Everything was excellent!!! From starter to dessert!
In addition, we had exchanged by email in advance to have menu proposals if possible, but with certain conditions, and La Côtelette responded to all requests, and even to an additional request added the old one!
In short, we all said to ourselves that we would come back to show our families/friends because it really was great!!

Top-notch responsiveness because it was a large last-minute order for delivery 2 hours later.

23/06/2025: We enjoyed a delicious pizza, served by an exceptionally friendly hostess. Without us even asking, our dog was given a fresh bowl of water. As tourists, we also received a helpful note with tips to explore the area. That truly made us feel welcome. Merci!

29/09/2024: We stopped for dessert and had a pleasant experience. Chocolate Mousse and a Crème Brulèe. Both were very good and the service was good as well.
29/09/2024: The place is mediocre, the service incomplete that your waiter tries to compensate for with a forced familiarity that he wrongly thinks is a sign of sympathy.
The food is of average quality and the tables are small.
He tells you 3 times during the service that you will have to share the salt and pepper with your neighbors.
Useless recommendation when you have a minimum of know-how.

Extremely noisy atmosphere.
This place is to be avoided unless you are a fan of visiting Mauribont restaurants which will not last the year.

19/09/2024: Little romantic meal this afternoon! A top setting with a view of the superb Baie des Sables! A. Revisited spare ribs And a small piece of veal for Madame, who caught my eye, the French toast for dessert, finished the meal!
What can I say about others that I recommend!

23/08/2024: An ancient evening.
The wine served is not the one selected on the menu. We select another, but the balo, it is not cool, the waitress does not give us a choice, she flies like a plane to the counter for us to uncork the selected bottle and brings it back to us in an iced bucket. Then when tasting a horror, it turns out that this one is a bio-dynamic wine and that we don't like it but will be charged for it.
Concerning the Alsatian salad it was a composition on a wooden tray, roughly cut gruyere in the middle, a sausage cut in two on the other side with salad dressing, an egg, a tomato and go ahead my guy enjoy... and I'll pass the rest of the dishes on to you.
