04/06/2026: I stopped by for lunch on my truck stop. The waitress was very kind and pleasant, and the sandwich menu was reasonably priced. Everything was truly homemade, right down to the grilled chicken, real bread, and proper seasoning—not just two tomatoes and a bit of mayo (I had salad, tomato, Emmental cheese, mayo, hard-boiled egg, and chicken; the photo is of the sandwich, and it was the size of a 1.75m tall man's leg... They really don't mess around with our appetites!). What more could you ask for? There's parking for about fifteen trucks and cars nearby, and they have homemade desserts. Honestly, it's a really excellent snack. You have a choice: three awful triangle sandwiches for €12, or a complete sandwich with a drink and dessert for €11.50. Looking forward to coming back to the area :)

29/03/2026: Ordering from the website for the first time was intuitive, with plenty of choices at a reasonable price. We received a warm welcome, and our order was ready upon arrival. The food was delicious. Thank you for this wonderful meal full of sushi.

The Goulu(e) team is absolutely fantastic, and whether it's the seasonal dishes or the charcuterie boards at the bar, everything is always beautifully presented (both visually and in terms of flavor combinations) and the portions are generous enough to satisfy even the heartiest appetites. Well done to the whole team!! Patio season is back, so be sure to book a table to enjoy a great time outdoors with fresh, seasonal dishes. Goulu(e) underwent a makeover in the winter of 2023-2024. Just another plus to add to its already long list of qualities. Remember to book to guarantee your spot. You can also reserve the room across the street for private dinners, birthday parties, weddings, and more.

30/06/2026: I went to this restaurant for a birthday celebration with a table of 10 people. After an hour's drive in the sweltering heat, we were thirsty. We waited an hour for someone to come and see us… after an hour, we still hadn't seen anyone. I had to ask for the drink menus, and they brought us the food menus… then we had to wait another 25 minutes for the drinks…. I ordered salmon tartare. The side dish was a salad with a very unusual dressing that wasn't listed on the menu… I didn't eat it because it wasn't good… the salmon itself was nothing special… raw salmon without any particular finesse… and it was the same for everyone (small portions, undercooked rice, or a sickeningly sweet dessert…). At 11:15 pm, they turned off the lights and politely asked us to leave…. For a table costing €800… that's unacceptable… I won't be going back. Eating in Monaco used to be prestigious; everyone was treated with the respect they deserved! Now, the quality is very average considering the price. It's not good value for money. Who would pay the price of a Porsche for a Clio? Nobody.

28/06/2026: Wasn't good 3 * is generous here's some details: - What's was good : excellent view of the sea, no complaints there. Service was fine. - Have had a lot of food nearby this week and this was the weakest meal. For example mozzarella with peaches, peaches were canned and had similar dishes elsewhere they weren't -- it's summer too remember. We ate them; they suffered by comparison to their peers. I guess this is a place to go for the view not the food but there are others on this strip to try instead? - Wine and drinks: wine list is ok for this sort of place in terms of what they have, prices were a bit more than i'd like, making it hard to order a bottle. 2x retail I consider not bad restaurant price but it was maybe 20% more than that, at least for a bottle or two I knew the prices. (Maybe you find a hidden gem idk.) Wine list isn't exhaustive but isn't small. At the restaurant bar they only had ~3 gins, which is OK but, why not a couple more as they keep forever once open. There's a bar downstairs (black cat), maybe it's better but, it was closed. Don't know why on a saturday in summer (evening), more an FYI not part of the restaurant review but maybe something to test if you are walking by instead of the restaurant.

01/07/2026: A truly beautiful collection with an excellent guide offering detailed and insightful explanations that allow us to better appreciate the works and place them in context. A wonderful journey through artistic movements. I highly recommend it, especially the guided tour.

21/05/2026: A young man with curly hair and sun-kissed skin served me this morning. He wasn't very pleasant. He seemed almost annoyed by my presence, though I did smile. I chose a flan and pointed to it; it was my turn, no one else. Suddenly, a young and pretty woman entered the establishment, and I was overshadowed. He was pleasant, served her, and ushered her in right in front of me, even though he had just taken my order. Then he served me, poor fellow, bound by his contract... 5 euros for a flan. As curt as the service. Double the price in my hometown, but Paris can be bold. I wish the flavor of the flan had made me forget the experience, but honestly, it matched the strange treatment from the young man. Not for Parisians, but for tourists who think this is Paris, at a stretch, because the setting does have that effect.

30/06/2026: Always a pleasure to go there, pleasant atmosphere and excellent food, lovely and accommodating staff. Varied menu available in German, French, and English. Top-quality products.

05/05/2026: We had a fantastic time at Dubrown. We easily found a table for a Tuesday evening, which was also a match night. We received a wonderfully warm welcome and were served incredibly quickly! As for the meal, it was absolutely delicious, with a flavorful burger and cheddar fries that were surprisingly cheesy despite the portion seeming rather small at first glance. Everything was so delicious, and it was easy to be tempted by one of the wonderful, freshly baked, and decadent desserts! Thank you so much for this wonderful experience! I'll definitely be back!

20/03/2026: I chose this restaurant after seeing many people eating there while walking down the street. It was very local, very popular, and the ingredients were very fresh.

18/03/2026: Category: Traditional Restaurant / Brasserie While the waiter was very good (despite a dry sense of humor that might not be to everyone's taste), the rest of the experience fell short. The aligot was a dish in name only (the mashed potatoes weren't stretchy or creamy). The scallops were very small. And the desserts were far from satisfactory: - The "Café Gourmand": the pastel de nata turned into an overcooked flan, and the fruit salad into chestnut mousse (it's a shame to only find this out after ordering, especially since we asked for clarification beforehand). - The Pavlova with seasonal fruits (in December): with pineapple and passion fruit. We were very disappointed.

As a result, everything flowed naturally once we arrived, allowing us to focus on the event itself rather than the logistics. The welcome was warm, the venue was magnificent, and the menu choices were perfect—the food was excellent. All the right ingredients for a successful event! Thank you to the team!

14/07/2026: A wonderful time spent with family on Sunday lunchtime. The quality/price ratio was very good, the food simple but tasty. Above all, the setting on the terrace is fantastic, surrounded by greenery and cicadas, with a large swimming pool available. The service was top-notch, with professional, friendly, and efficient staff who never made a mistake, forgot nothing, and even anticipated our water and bread needs without us having to ask – that's becoming rare! Thank you to the whole team, we will gladly return...

17/04/2026: Superb hotel right on the seafront. The staff are incredibly friendly and kind. The breakfast room has a splendid sea view. I would just say that they should have more tables for two people, as often the tables for four are occupied by two people, resulting in a bit of a wait to be seated. There is no parking provided for the hotel, but the reception can recommend nearby streets with free parking. Wishing you a wonderful 2026 season!
