04/04/2026: I recently ate at this establishment and the experience was generally disappointing. The Caesar salad lacked flavor, as did the accompanying fries, which were particularly bland and offered no real taste. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was unpleasant: the complete absence of music made it feel rather cold, and the presence of mice moving around the dining room is simply unacceptable in a restaurant. Regarding the service, although the staff were welcoming and polite, the wait was far too long, which detracted from the overall experience. In short, despite a friendly welcome, the quality of the food, hygiene, and ambiance need serious improvement.

06/05/2026: We didn't stay at the hotel but had lunch in a lovely room decorated in a Corsican style. The hosts were welcoming, and we enjoyed a beautiful platter of authentic Corsican charcuterie followed by Corsican cheeses and a Corsican dessert. The accompanying wine was excellent, which prompted us to visit the Domaine de Durban. A very beautiful place with a warm welcome. Thank you.

15/10/2025: Unfortunately, I didn't have the presence of mind to ask the man who served my partner and me his first name; otherwise, I would have thanked him directly. I had a wonderful time, aside from the fact that the quality of the products is incredible at more than reasonable prices, and, yes, a pétanque court in the basement—that's really too many qualities. I was extremely demanding (annoying) when it came to the wine, and I found more than I was looking for at (once again) a more than reasonable price. We were served a charcuterie board with wonderful, albeit classic, products (my fault, I should have experimented; out of shyness, I didn't). So I left with a won over heart and a smile on my face. I'll be back soon (tomorrow, for example). Thank you, thank you, thank you, and see you soon.
