06/05/2026: Great spot for drinks. It was pretty hyped but still decent. I guess they only do reservations for late afternoon? I tried my luck at went at 10pm. Waited 10 minutes for a table for 2. The table was really just two seats with 4 other people. So if you're a small party be prepared to sit with others. They really focus on their farm to table vision for signature cocktails. The staff knows their stuff, but I didn't feel free to go off menu or order something random honestly. That said, the ~15 cocktails at about 20 euros each were all pretty decent. Not my favorite high end cocktail bar, but glad I went.

05/05/2026: Perhaps one of the best cocktail experiences I’ve had. By far the best Manhattan I’ve ever consumed. Knowledge, multi-lingual staff truly know their craft. It’s a don’t miss.

16/05/2026: Hello, my wife and I came on May 16th. ☺️ Despite two small errors with the order, it doesn't change my positive opinion. 🙂 We were very satisfied with the speed of service and the quality of the products. 🥳☺️

27/04/2026: So, I'd like to point out the very friendly atmosphere; you can have a freshly squeezed orange juice at 11:22 PM. You can also have a coffee, no problem, always a smile, you never say no at Cafe France.

05/02/2026: The idea of ​​employing disabled people was initially very good, but the starters are mostly made of canned food with mayonnaise, the onion quiche contains more onions than eggs, the chickens are clearly farm-raised, and as for the desserts, there are far too many creams and dairy products. I have a lot of trouble digesting the dishes; I only go to this place out of necessity.

29/04/2026: Very convenient hotel, close to the highway exit. Excellent facility with ample free parking, a restaurant, meeting room, billiards room, pool, bar, and a great outdoor area, although I didn't use any of them because I was just passing through (for one night). The room wasn't very large but was well-appointed with a comfortable bed and a coffee machine. However, there was no mini-fridge, and I would have appreciated at least a small bottle of water. Friendly staff.

08/04/2026: We chose the Inspiration menu with wine pairings, and the experience was remarkable from beginning to end. Each dish showcased seasonal produce, enhanced by perfectly balanced pairings and exquisitely precise cuisine. We were fortunate enough to dine outdoors in an absolutely stunning setting. The service was distinguished by its constant attentiveness, without ever being intrusive. The wine pairings, of great finesse, were perfectly explained by the sommelier, adding a truly enriching dimension to the experience. A huge thank you to the entire team!

26/03/2026: A splendid table, a charming room… and a welcome that seems to have missed the mark when it comes to common sense. We arrive, disabled parking permit clearly displayed, dinner and overnight reservation, parked in front of the entrance in the designated space. And yet, we are advised to park further away “just in case.” Just in case… what exactly? That an imaginary customer, more disabled than us, might magically appear for dinner without staying overnight, but deserve the space more than the guests who remain. A logic that would almost be amusing if it weren't so… creative. Fortunately, the cuisine is remarkable, the room impeccable, and the setting superb. But between a Michelin star and a star of common sense, there is clearly a small gap… in the parking lot.

26/03/2026: A restaurant decorated with newspaper front pages depicting the deaths of various celebrities—you could say it's a bold choice for a pleasant dining experience. Not to mention the broken TV screen—not very professional. But hey, we weren't there to watch TV. Unfortunately, it doesn't end there. The manager's welcome is as cold as his burger buns. Furthermore, seeing a potential customer ask if there's room to eat (when the restaurant is empty), and the manager's sigh in response... You quickly realize what you're getting into. For that price, I would have liked to enjoy my meal. One thing is for sure: I won't be back.

11/03/2026: Very cold place, buffets with no choice and what little there is doesn't look fresh. Photos and videos are over a year old and therefore not representative of the actual product. Ugly and depressing.
