08/10/2024: Das Restaurant Santiago gehört zum gleichnamigen Hotel, ist aber auch als nicht Hotelgast nutzbar. Der Speisesaal ist in modernem Ambiente mit hellem Holz gehalten. Die Speisekarte ist nicht sehr gross aber vielfältig. Man merkt, dass hier mit viel Einsatz und Freude gekocht wird. Wir haben den Abend sehr genossen.

Le rapport qualité prix est vraiment très satisfaisant, le service impeccable et le nouveau patron très professionnel, aux petits soins pour ses clients. Merci, nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

16/12/2024: The Bighorn Bistro has real potential, but unfortunately our visit wasn't as convincing as we would have liked. First of all: The location is cool, pretty cozy and has a pleasant atmosphere. The service was also super friendly, there's nothing to complain about. The staff really tried hard, but in the end it's the food that counts - and unfortunately we were disappointed. We had two main courses and a starter. Everything was okay in terms of taste, but given the prices you would simply expect more. The portions weren't exactly generous, and the quality didn't quite keep up with the price level. Something was missing, especially with the side dishes. Everything was fine, but not anymore. Another drawback: the waiting time was quite long, even though the restaurant was not completely full. That put a bit of a damper on the mood, especially because at some point you just get hungry and are no longer so patient. But what you have to give up on Bighorn Bistro is the great view. If you get a spot outside, you have a really nice backdrop. Overall, our visit was okay, but it just wasn't good enough for the high prices. We hope that something else happens here – 3 out of 5 stars.

11/09/2024: Restaurant where you feel good which can accommodate around twenty seats. Reservation is required. Chef at the top of the kitchen, smiling waitress always having a word for the customer. I recommend this restaurant.

02/10/2024: Fast service and friendly server The food was very good, I recommend the Ventoux crepe and the excellent North Sea crepe and the sweet crepes are all equally excellent.
