16/03/2026: A wonderful discovery in Bagnères-de-Luchon. This small restaurant offers only one dish on its lunch menu, but the quality is exceptional, and all at a very reasonable price. 24/03/2026: No words to describe it except amazing and will definitely be booking again for future visits! Located in a beautiful alley with lots of cafes. Would 100% recommend the Onion soup as appetizer and the Duck or Beef Bourgoullion as main with the raspberry cheesecake to end the meal.

14/02/2026: This restaurant truly deserves the excellent reviews it receives. Its couscous is in my top three (and at 70 years old, I've already eaten it!). In order: my mother, my mother-in-law, and Tassili 😄 A very warm welcome, perfect service, and impeccable cleanliness, even in the restrooms. And the icing on the cake: since the couscous was so generous, we were able to get a doggy bag. We're going to enjoy it again tomorrow at lunchtime... Oh, and the mint tea is amazing! 25/02/2026: We ate there on February 14th during our weekend in Reims. It's a small but welcoming restaurant. The staff is friendly and pleasant. The food was excellent. I had the foie gras entree, which was superb. I highly recommend it. My partner had the hanger steak, which was also delicious. It's a simple little brasserie, but that's part of its charm and authenticity. We'll gladly return.
