08/07/2026: The bistro on the quayside, discovered by a friend, has become one of my favorite spots for a casual lunch or a business lunch, just a few minutes' walk from the Pont de Neuilly and very close to La Défense. The food, staff, and atmosphere are excellent. A rare find that I highly recommend.

The menu featuring regional products and homemade dishes won us over! It was delicious, the atmosphere excellent, the servers very professional, and the owner very approachable! 06/08/2026: A true gem in the heart of the Corsican mountains! 😍 We had an absolutely exceptional time at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. The setting is simply magnificent, authentic, and peaceful; we just didn't want to leave. The welcome is just like the place itself: warm, genuine, and familial. The whole team is lovely, always smiling, and the owner deserves a special mention; his kindness and good humor made the experience even more enjoyable. And then… the food! 🤤 A festival of Corsican flavors. The migliaccioli are absolutely divine, the brocciu and mint omelet is simply incredible, and everything we tasted exuded quality, homemade quality, and a love for local products. It's the kind of place you dream of keeping secret… but it deserves to be known by everyone. If you're passing through Ghisoni, don't even hesitate: stop at Auberge A Vecchia Mina. You'll leave with a happy stomach, a full heart, and only one desire… to return! Thank you for this wonderful experience; we will be back with immense pleasure. ❤️

The menu is reasonably priced, but don't expect any surprises. Very disappointing. 28/08/2026: A lovely little restaurant tucked away in an alley. It's surrounded by plants. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the food is cooked with seasonal ingredients. The pasta was a bit oily, but still very good. They also have excellent vegetarian options.
