02/07/2025: First of all, the food is delicious.
I love pizza so much that I have a certain opinion about the taste of pizza, and it is even better than the pizza I had in Milan.
I couldn't eat vegetables while I was in Paris, so I tried to order a salad, but they said it would be too much and offered to put it on the pizza.
As you can see in the picture, I ordered a pepperoni pizza, but they put arugula and a little mint on it, making it a unique pizza.
It was so delicious. The owner checked the taste every now and then, so I felt like I was being treated well.
They said they made all the desserts themselves, and they were delicious.
I recommend it!

The products are ultra fresh, the flavors marked in particular by subtly fermented sauces.
The boss is very nice and the servers are passionate.
You must reserve several weeks or even months in advance to dine there.
Special mention for the black sesame ice cream, the best in Tours ;-)

The pizza with truffle cream and the lasagna were delicious. There was a lack of coordination with the delivery of the dishes, but the staff was friendly and it was resolved.
I recommend it!!

Fine dishes prepared with taste and passion.
A tasteful moment of great value.
Small downside regarding the soundproofing of the room.
Lots of resonance, to be corrected, perhaps with decoration or noise-absorbing materials.
In any case, see you soon for other pleasures to taste.
