06/08/2026: I had a wonderful time at Le Refuge. The welcome was truly friendly and warm; you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. The food is delicious, showcasing carefully prepared ingredients and dishes made with attention to detail. A nice bonus: the restaurant is dog-friendly, allowing you to enjoy a good meal without worrying about your four-legged friend. The terrace is also very pleasant, a lovely setting for a relaxing lunch or dinner. I highly recommend this place!

08/10/2026: Ideally located on a quiet little square, I discovered this charming restaurant. The decor is beautiful. I thoroughly enjoyed the set menu: perfectly cooked sea bream with a delicious sauce. The entire table agreed. The service was friendly and cheerful. I will gladly return!

08/09/2026: We stopped for a glass of wine, and stayed for the evening. Great food, good service and good wine. Sort of Tapas, but french style. Great quality ingredients.

14/08/2026: This isn't our first time here... It's our (grown) children's favorite. The staff is very friendly and attentive. The dishes are as delicious as they are beautiful, with a wide variety of options. And the air-conditioned dining room is a real bonus during this heatwave. I highly recommend it.

11/08/2026: €45 for two, including a main course, dessert, two glasses of rosé wine, and a single Americano. The skewers and chocolate bars were a real treat. The service, provided by an apprentice, was excellent—quick, friendly, and responsive to our questions. I hope the tip given to the staff is shared equally with the apprentices. I highly recommend this establishment. You do French cuisine proud.

What we really appreciated was the chef coming to see us at the end of the meal to check if everything was alright; he was very receptive to feedback and praise. 16/09/2026: We discovered Mitch in Aix-en-Provence yesterday with my daughter, and we had a wonderful time. We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the French cuisine. The dishes may seem simple at first glance, but from the moment you taste them, you understand all the work, research, and preparation that go into each plate. The flavors are perfectly balanced, the combinations well thought out, and the ingredients are truly showcased and fresh. A big thank you also to the service. You immediately feel their passion for the craft. The presentation of each dish is accompanied by explanations of its creation and the different stages of preparation. It's enjoyable, informative, and allows you to appreciate what you're eating even more. A truly wonderful discovery, both for the food and for the warm welcome and service. A restaurant where you can feel a genuine passion and a desire to please. Thank you to the entire team at Mitch for this delightful experience. We will definitely be back.
