Everything was perfect, from the original aperitif, the liver pâté starter, the chicken in Vin Jaune sauce main course, and the desserts. In short, a superb meal, and the decor was simply fantastic. 08/03/2026: Gift voucher with the Menu of the Month! We came as a couple, arriving with a view of Clermont-Ferrand, and received a superb welcome at reception. We appreciated the kindness and attentiveness of the staff without being intrusive, the suggested wine pairings, the spacing between tables allowing for conversation without disturbing others, the restaurant's decor, and of course, the menu... well done, Chef! A wide selection of cheeses! We were stuffed by the petit fours! A place to discover if you're visiting Auvergne... and it's in the Michelin Guide! Best of luck to the team.

15/12/2024: I come occasionally for the Berliner which is very good although a little expensive but to want quality you have to pay the price. Homemade fries, homemade bread and fresh kebab.

16/05/2026: I'd been wanting to try the cake for ages, like ages, but every time I went there it was sold out. But I hadn't given up hope 😂 And this time I was lucky enough to taste it, and I don't regret the wait at all 😅 It's absolutely delicious. A bit pricey for a cake, but you're mostly buying the name, and the flavors were definitely there.

23/02/2026: For a Relais & Châteaux restaurant, we found the service very disappointing. Despite the number of servers, we had to ask several times for a carafe of water and remind them twice that we had ordered wine. It was finally served after our food had arrived. The dishes themselves were good, although the portions were rather small. The setting is pleasant, but this doesn't compensate for the overall poor value for money and a level of service that doesn't live up to the standards of an establishment of this caliber.

03/05/2026: We love dining at Le Déclic restaurant, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends. The food is simple yet excellent: grilled meats, salads, fries, ice cream—it's all top-notch. The terrace is superb, and the atmosphere and welcome are guaranteed.
