13/07/2026: We had a very good meal. The ingredients were fresh and high-quality, and the dishes, while simple, were well-prepared. The local wines served by the glass were also excellent.
The prices are a bit high, but still reasonable considering the restaurant is located in one of Carcassonne's most touristy areas.

23/07/2026: Excellent restaurant with no pretension, just outstanding food and genuine hospitality. The service was warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxed and convivial. The staff took pride in explaining the local and regional origins of the ingredients, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They also offer a very good selection of local wines. It’s not inexpensive, but every euro was well spent. We absolutely loved this place and would gladly return.
20/07/2026: Excellent wood fire grill restaurant near the water side. We had a choice of tables when we arrived at 19.00 but it was full by the time we left after a hearty meal of grilled sea food and meat. They spoke English and very welcoming. Lovely cider and wine to go with the very fresh food.

29/06/2026: Ambiguity with the brunch + champagne option: we all understood it to mean one glass of champagne and either a mimosa coupe or a Bloody Mary, but it's a triple "or" unlike the rest of the menu (the "or" only appears on each line!). They should have at least used a comma. And I'm still looking for the champagne in the mimosa coupe... Borderline misleading.
The main brunch dish is really good. Beautiful, classy decor.

10/07/2026: A very nice establishment. I was able to have a drink and a meal with my partner, and we were pleasantly surprised by the service and the friendliness of the owner. I highly recommend this establishment in Sens.
10/07/2026: The steak tartare was a pure delight, served with a side of fries and a delicious salad/cooked eggplant... absolutely amazing, at a lower price than some restaurants. The meat was super fresh and delicious... I highly recommend this place, and the setting is exceptional, dining on the square facing Sens Cathedral.
