A huge thank you for this recommendation, which allowed us to experience a truly delightful culinary moment. Each dish was a marvel of flavors and subtleties. The 64-degree egg, the 48-hour cooked pork belly, and, to finish, the chocolate-poached pear ice cream… A true delight! Masterful cooking techniques, refined combinations, and cuisine that knows how to surprise while remaining perfectly balanced. The wine list is well-curated, offering a wide selection. The service is a reflection of the cuisine: the young woman who manages the dining room is very friendly, professional, and attentive, striking the perfect balance between quality, conviviality, and discretion. She's never overbearing, but always with a smile and great care. Bravo to the chef and his entire team for this magnificent work! An address we recommend without hesitation and where we will be delighted to return. Thank you for this wonderful evening and this delicious culinary journey!

08/08/2026: Hello We didn't stay at this hotel, but we ate there twice. Our gîte (self-catering accommodation) is located not far away in Ainhoa, about 2 km away. We were recommended by our hosts. A truly wonderful place where we ate very, very well, and especially homemade food. The specialty is paella made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. A very good menu. (The homemade trout fillet platter. The platter of Basque ham and pâté made with pork raised on their farm. The baby squid and homemade fries. The lamb was excellent. The albacore tuna salad was a delight.) This Logis restaurant is truly recommended; a wonderful discovery in the Basque Country and near the Spanish border. The owner is very pleasant, as are the waitresses, and my mother-in-law is always behind the bar—a truly lovely place. Thank you very much. See you soon. 23/08/2026: A regular customer for over 7 years because I work nearby, this is the best Indian restaurant in the area. Living in the Arve Valley, I don't hesitate to make the trip to eat here. Never disappointed, the dishes are of very high quality, which might seem expensive on the menu for 5 pieces of chicken, but they're so delicious! I always have trouble finishing the generous portions. The daily specials are very affordable. As always, we'll be back ❤️

23/08/2026: We came as a group of six for a birthday celebration, invited by our daughter. We were hoping to enjoy the house specialties. We were told they were out of kidneys, and then later that they were out of sweetbreads with morels, hence our disappointment...!!!

The only minor point for improvement was that he spoke rather softly, which sometimes made conversations difficult to hear, especially in a lively dining room. However, this is a small detail, as his demeanor was very professional and friendly. In short, this is a place worth discovering and a delightful surprise for an all-you-can-eat restaurant. It offers a good balance of variety, quality, and atmosphere. We will gladly return!

31/08/2026: So glad I discovered this brasserie with a friend! We had a fantastic time and I highly recommend it. The setting is incredibly pleasant: a large, spacious, and well-shaded square with a small fountain, and parking nearby… It's so comfortable, the atmosphere is truly wonderful. The owners are lovely, always smiling and attentive, and the service is simply perfect. And the food was absolutely delicious! I had a generous and tasty burrata salad, and my friend had the homemade pesto ravioli, which were truly excellent. In short, a wonderful experience from beginning to end! A very welcoming place that I wholeheartedly recommend and where I will definitely return :)

30/08/2026: I strongly advise against this brasserie; it's truly awful. Our dish sat under the salamander grill for 20 minutes before being served. Thank goodness I didn't work like this when I was a head chef in Martinique, at Pointe du Bout. I'm about ready to write to the health department. Looking at all the reviews, some of them are beyond astonishing! The veal was very tough. Avoid it.
