30/06/2026: We stopped by chance at this restaurant on a Sunday at lunchtime and had a very good meal. The set menu was generous and included soup (which we skipped as it was very hot outside), a starter, a main course, and dessert. The food was homemade with delicious ingredients. The waitress was cheerful and efficient.

09/05/2026: Lovely little village restaurant. The chicken gratin with Maroilles cheese was excellent, as was the Welsh rarebit, which was also very good. A special mention for the excellent desserts! A great find.

€75 for 3 people, including aperitif, main course, and dessert. We'll definitely be back on our next visit!

08/10/2025: Good evening, I'm leaving a positive review because the pizzas are excellent, the welcome is warm, and whether you order takeout or eat in, the wait is short.
(Unlike the competition, who seem dejected when there are customers—I won't name names.) The owner is very kind despite all the work he has to do. Thanks again to Chez Machalle! 👍🏼

The dishes aren't very elaborate, but that's not what you'd expect, and the prices are very reasonable.
Special mention for the desserts, especially the homemade tarts—they're delicious!
The owners are very friendly and know all their regular customers. It has a relaxed, informal atmosphere: you serve yourself the tarts and bring your plates back to the counter if you want to help.
Very pleasant and lively.

26/06/2026: The size of their tacos is completely different, don't come here unless you want to pay for nothing, and their cheese sauce is so overpowering, I don't recommend it.

The dishes are flavorful and generous, the atmosphere is exotic and cozy, and you feel right at home. My friends and I had a wonderful evening there, in every sense of the word. We'll be back!
