11/07/2025: Fresh, delicious food in a beautiful, crisp and traditional Brasserie environment!
Sadly I seem to be experiencing a trend of lackluster service in these iconic restaurants. It may be due to the sheer volume of covers they experience but it’s disappointing nonetheless. Service is OK, but not in line with the food quality or the French savoir faire. Service team seem to be on auto-pilot, and miss opportunities to showcase this integral part of the French dining experience.

04/12/2024: Café Voltaire is just fancy enough. The steaks were amazing, and green beans and fries were served for the table. I suggest the filet. The servers were attentive, and had no qualms about serving us in English. Desserts were good, I liked the profiteroles I shared. I didn’t really enjoy the chocolate mousse, but then again, that’s not my thing.

24/11/2024: Excellent couscous très très bon rapport qualité prix et ce dans une ambiance plus qu'agreable. Patron très chaleureux. Couscous à partir de 10 euros, viande de qualité, kefta délicieuses... une très bonne adresse toute simple.
15/09/2024: Lunch with colleagues after a long hesitation and finally more than delighted. Warm welcome, wonderful hellos, everything you need to have a good time. So don't hesitate!

06/09/2024: Really surprising place, the frontage leaves something to be desired but, as they say, "you shouldn't judge a book by its cover".
The service was impeccable, staff very friendly and warm.
The dishes were of exquisite finesse and the mixture of flavors was very pleasant, I can only recommend this restaurant which for the price is really very very good

Too bad because the product is fresh but the cooking is not complete.
Ex: catch of the day, Thai vegetables, served cold!
Reheat, so wait.
Poorly cut vegetables, either overcooked or almost raw (pepper).
Salad on top half cooked, too bad because of young shoots.
Note 71st for 2 aperitifs, 1 starter for 2 and 2 dishes of saithe and 1 coffee!

09/12/2024: I ate there a little over a year ago and it was exceptional, I went back and the quality has changed and the Japanese chef is no longer there.
It's not bad but it's clearly not worth the price, it's become basic.

22/08/2024: 5 of us came for dinner and we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly welcome and especially the quality of the dishes. The plates are beautiful, well prepared and delicious. The gravlax salmon was particularly tasty. In addition, the setting is pleasant and nothing to complain about the service. A great discovery in the Normandy countryside!
14/08/2024: A delicious meal, tasty and generous dishes, accompanied by a very good wine recommended by the owner. We had a blast!
