Neither the store nor Google Maps listed the menu item with the price, so I ordered it thinking it would be okay based on the reviews. But to think it costs 12 euros for such meager ingredients... The price itself is typical for a Paris sandwich, but I was so dumbfounded by the contents, haha... The owner was kind, but I don't think I'll ever go back.

28/08/2026: Really lovely cafe and the owner was very kind. She had great English and explained the menu changes regularly to what’s fresh and in season. Vegan and meat options available, very tasty. Would highly recommend.

13/09/2026: We enjoyed a delicious and generous Indian crepe and a classic crepe. For dessert, a beautifully presented and generously topped Dame Blanche (vanilla ice cream with chocolate sauce). The thyme and apricot-rosemary ice creams were exceptional. We highly recommend it.

09/09/2026: A very disappointing experience at Café du Commerce in Foix. We sat down on the terrace around 1:50 pm, initially to have a drink and perhaps a bite to eat if the kitchen was still open. After waiting for more than ten minutes without anyone speaking to us, we were rather curtly informed that "it's over": no more drinks, no more food. This was quite surprising since, during this time, we watched other tables continue to be served, both drinks and food. A second person then came to inform us that, if we still wanted something to drink, we would have to get it ourselves from the bar, pay immediately, and above all, not stay too long, as the establishment was about to close and we would have to leave quickly. We can perfectly understand that service ends and that a kitchen closes at a certain time. What we appreciated much less was the way we were addressed and the unpleasant feeling of being customers they wanted to get rid of as quickly as possible. We therefore didn't have the opportunity to judge the food. However, regarding the service and customer relations, the experience was frankly poor. For an establishment located in the very heart of Foix's tourist area, it unfortunately gave us more the impression of a tourist trap than a café we'd want to return to.

25/08/2026: A wonderful discovery! A small, very clean, and welcoming restaurant. The owners are lovely, always smiling, and genuinely kind. I ordered an Adana kebab and my husband had a döner: we thoroughly enjoyed it! The Adana was freshly prepared, perfectly cooked, tender, and incredibly flavorful. It's rare to find it cooked so well! We highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back! 🍀

17/09/2026: Beautiful rooftop with a view of the Eiffel Tower. Intimate bar, attentive service. Good cocktails. The tiramisu is excellent. It's quite popular with tourists, so you sometimes have to wait inside for a spot on the terrace.

16/09/2026: There were four of us at the table on a Sunday evening. The initial welcome was quite satisfactory, but after that, nothing was up to par. Looking at the menu, it's clear this is a restaurant that doesn't know its own identity or what makes it special: they have pinsa, burgers, French specialties, pasta, and lost somewhere in the middle of the menu is a Savoyard dish. We ordered, and we couldn't finish anything because it was so bland and greasy. I had a pulled pork burger with large pieces of sinew and fat, and the avocado and cheese were tasteless. The fries were poorly cooked; they were white and oozing grease, and the oil temperature was clearly off. Two big eaters at our table couldn't even finish their pinsa, which was greasy and tasteless. Our waitress muttered "Oh crap, damn it!" when she forgot to bring more water and we pointed it out. No music, so all the customers can hear each other's conversations. We noticed the AI-generated posters for special events—again, a shame. Ultimately, a restaurant that doesn't know its brand, its identity, I insist.
