06/11/2024: Entering by chance during a trip from Italy to northern France, we came away enchanted. Quality of the meat, flavor of the dishes, aromas of the wine and smiling efficiency of the kind waitress. We will definitely come back next trip!!

30/10/2024: We had lunch there on the terrace, fast and efficient service, very good dish, I would have liked the chef to fry my tartare "Caesar" style but he didn't want to...but the traditional way was very good when even. Beautiful large terrace which overlooks a pleasant square well oriented to the sun.

21/11/2024: Dish of the day “veal ravioli”. Overcooked, porridge, not to mention the number of penne added to the bottom of the bowl to make up for the lack of ravioli. ORANGE bolognese sauce, it was better to warn the customers in my opinion. Opening a box of ravioli at home would have been more effective, which shows how the meal was more than limited. Plate returned full with no questions asked. It's crazy!

07/09/2024: 3 of us came, disembarked at 1:45 p.m. and they were kind enough to have us... 1 excellent fish and chips, a delicious Cadillac salad and the salad with gizzards just as good. The hot pit with melted chocolate and whipped cream... Yum. A little disappointment with the gourmet coffee but frankly, it was really excellent. We recommend 100%. Adorable waitress, attentive chef...

24/09/2024: We came here on a weekday at 1pm after reading the good reviews - we actually ran here because we had no reservations and we were afraid it will be full (We were already turned away by a few places). When we arrived, we saw the place was empty. We should have taken this as a clue and just turn around to leave but we were too nice and decided to sit down. The food was... well I will let you look at the photo and decide. We remained the only diners there until the end. 4 tourists walked in, who spoke the same language as us. I saw them looking at their phone and saying "yes this is the place". Poor folks must have been misled by the good reviews as well. A part of me wanted to tell them to leave but they say that misery loves company. To make up for this, I am compelled to leave this review despite knowing I will be getting a death threat from the owner.

16/12/2024: A perfect dinner for two around a 5-course menu. A simple and cozy place on one of these small squares typical of the 20th century. The cuisine is excellent, balanced, very well thought out. One of us didn't eat pork, no problem, a replacement dish was immediately offered with a big smile. Special mention for me to the dessert with Sicilian accents, which ends a perfect evening. Thanks to the chef!

02/12/2024: For my part, I have not tested the “room” part. My opinion will therefore only focus on the catering part. I find that this restaurant essentially lives on its reputation. The service is equivalent to that of a “trendy” Parisian brasserie. We didn't even have the opportunity to choose to eat indoors, on the pretext that it was summer. This was certainly true, but it was 18°C ​​that evening. The food is good, certainly, but absolutely does not justify its price. It is indeed tasty but very simplistic. For around 200 euros per person, one would expect a level worthy of a starred restaurant. But once the meal is finished, we understand the absence of a star. The room seems dated, and the garden furniture is uncomfortable and shabby. On the other hand, the sommelier is very friendly. I choose to give it a 3 star rating, not because the cuisine is bad, but because the restaurant is aging very poorly and the cuisine is becoming more and more simplistic, unlike the prices which remain high. In summary, for the same budget, I advise you to go to a good starred restaurant.
