27/06/2026: Following the excellent reviews, we dined at the inn this evening. The praise was well-deserved. A restaurant like this is the kind we wish we could find more often. The food was absolutely excellent, and the welcome and service were perfect. Absolutely no complaints. The cuisine was of superb quality; in short, we will return whenever we want to be sure of having a wonderful evening. Many thanks to the owners of this exceptional establishment.

03/05/2026: The staff was very friendly, and the dinner, from appetizer to dessert, was impeccable. The beef was incredibly tender. Everything was delicious. Open since May 1st. The breakfast was excellent. I'll definitely be back. Peaceful location. A lovely touch from Irene and René.

05/07/2026: Their food is excellent! I highly recommend this restaurant if you're ever in Troyes. A special mention for their shrimp spring rolls: they are simply exceptional. I've never eaten any so good!

16/06/2026: A lovely Vietnamese restaurant with very friendly and attentive staff. I've ordered the bo bun every time I've been there. The portion is very generous! However, I wonder if the recipe has changed slightly, because after my first visit, I found the other bo buns different from the very first one I had, which I found truly exceptional, about three years ago.

The entire team is warm, attentive, and incredibly caring. As for the food, it was a true delight. The grilled meats were of exceptional quality: tender, perfectly cooked, and bursting with flavor. The side dishes were generous, the ingredients were fresh, and everything was prepared with care. Every bite was a pleasure. The restaurant is clean, the atmosphere is friendly, and you immediately feel at ease. It's the kind of place you want to return to again and again. A huge congratulations to the entire team for their professionalism and passion. For me, it's without a doubt one of the best grill restaurants I've ever had the pleasure of discovering. I recommend it 1000%! You can go without hesitation!

The terrace is peaceful, the red mullet and pork ribs were delicious, and the desserts were excellent. Impeccable and professional service. We recommend it without hesitation.
