11/10/2026: A fantastic spot right in the heart of Caen! 🔥 L’Hydropathe ticks all the boxes: stylish decor, a warm and friendly atmosphere, fast and efficient service, and genuinely friendly staff. The food is a delight: delicious dishes, generous portions, and very reasonable prices. In short, you eat well, receive a warm welcome, and have a wonderful time without breaking the bank. A restaurant that's definitely worth a visit; I recommend it 100%!

10/10/2026: I am sorry to give this rating, but on Saturday, October 3rd, around 2pm, we asked to be seated outside to eat. We were seated and waited 20-30 minutes, and no one came to attend to us. The servers walked past us without paying attention, so we left. I have been here in the past, and the service is usually very good, but it's a shame to seat customers and never pay attention to them.

04/10/2026: 好吃！What an absolutely stunning feast! Every dish on the table looks incredibly fresh and masterfully prepared. The whole baked sea bass is beautifully presented, the seafood risottos and linguine are brimming with shellfish, and all the vibrant salads add such wonderful color. You can taste the authentic Mediterranean and southern Italian spirit in every plate. The aromas must be amazing, with perfectly balanced flavours and gorgeous plating. This spread is restaurant perfection, a true celebration of the sea and local ingredients. It’s such a memorable, mouth-watering meal, I’m genuinely impressed by this incredible spread!

25/10/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 1,400 kilometers traveled in one evening… without even leaving Yutz! 🇵🇱 What a wonderful discovery the POLONIA restaurant was! A true journey to Poland, both on the plate and in the decor. The setting is magnificent, warm, and particularly refined. Special mention goes to the digital windows offering views of iconic squares from various Polish cities. An original idea that enhances this wonderful feeling of being transported to another world! As for the food, it was flawless! For starters, a delicious barszcz with meat krokiety for me, and a żurek with smoked sausage for my wife. For the main course, the gołąbki (stuffed cabbage rolls) were simply divine, as was the goulash with steamed buns. And to finish on a high note, a poppy seed cake and absolutely delicious blueberry pierogi, accompanied by an excellent quince vodka. Not forgetting the Żywiec beer during the meal! Generous, authentic, and flavorful cuisine in an atmosphere that inspires travel. A superb address for lovers of gastronomy and culinary discoveries. We will gladly return! 🇵🇱

24/10/2026: What a pleasure to discover Polish cuisine in such a warm and welcoming setting! The owners took excellent care of us from beginning to end, kindly guiding us through our meal choices, which were simply superb! All this in a joyful and convivial atmosphere. The owners also shared many anecdotes and interesting facts about their country, allowing us to learn more about Polish culture while enjoying a delicious meal. A truly wonderful discovery, both culinaryly and personally! We highly recommend this restaurant for the quality of its cuisine and the exceptional hospitality of its owners.

21/09/2026: My partner and I were delighted with the dinner we had together at L'Ilot Vert. We each ordered a starter and a main course, both of which were very refined, and the meat was cooked to perfection (hanger steak and duck breast). We have absolutely no complaints; thank you for the exemplary service!

19/09/2026: Not up to standard and a bad experience. Upon arrival, we were seated at a rather exposed round table and offered amuse-bouches. These were tiny, bland, and cold portions of croque monsieur. This was not what we expected from a restaurant that claims to be gourmet. Needless to say, our impression of the cuisine offered at this restaurant was instantly tarnished, and we would have preferred not to be served these "amuse-bouches." We then ordered two starters to share (the "sharing" option was listed on the menu) for four people. One was sea bass, nothing special and rather average, and the other was salmon, which was good. However, the salmon starter was a serious lack of class; there were four of us, but we were served three blinis (even though the bread was cut into four pieces). The drinks served as aperitifs were good, as were the main courses, despite the lack of explanation for the dishes on our plates. So we decided not to have dessert (just coffee and tea)... No, not dessert. When the price is "gastronomic" but the experience isn't, that's what happens. When you ask about the ingredients of what's on offer and the answer is vague and unclear, and then they answer behind your back, that's what happens. Of course, you probably won't take this into account, but be aware that things can change quickly. A Michelin star is earned, and when a restaurant falls short, it can be lost. The prices are high for what's offered, over €180 for four people without going overboard, and a ruined birthday celebration. Thanks.
