25/05/2026: The terrace is very pleasant, and the food is excellent. The cannelloni of the day, with sea bass, lemon, and zucchini, were delicious! My only complaint is the sea bass fillet, which was overcooked and therefore dry.

The mussels marinière (only one variety of mussel on the menu) were anything but: cooked with a (homemade) garlic butter that was far too greasy and garlicky, sickeningly heavy. The mussels weren't cleaned and crunched between the teeth. The fries were good, but again, too greasy. The place has a homey feel, but the few tables that fit are crammed together. Meh.

26/05/2026: There were four of us at the restaurant, and we all had a wonderful evening. We opted for the "De la Prairie à la Montagne" menu and were delighted with all nine courses. The dishes were not only a culinary delight but also beautifully presented and of the highest quality. The recommended wines were perfectly paired and complemented the dining experience. The wine list is impressively extensive and offers something for every palate. The service was attentive, consistently friendly, and courteous.

10/06/2026: An excellent spot just steps from Pigalle and Place Blanche. In a very touristy area, Le Bistrot du Moulin is a true gem. The French cuisine is generous, flavorful, and perfectly executed, featuring beautiful ingredients and meticulous preparation. It has everything that makes a good Parisian bistro charming, without resorting to clichés. The service is particularly well done: warm, attentive, and professional, with a team that knows how to strike the perfect balance between efficiency and conviviality. I had lunch there for a business meeting and was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere. Despite the busy location, the ambiance remains pleasant and allows for relaxed conversation. An authentic spot, far from the tourist traps one might expect in this area. I will gladly return.

04/05/2026: Perfect, from the service to the food to the atmosphere. I highly recommend it. While they don't make pizzas, be curious and try their pasta, which is excellent! Italian cuisine isn't just about pizza! There are already plenty of Italian restaurants in Nantes that offer pizza, so it's great to see some that stand out.

02/05/2026: A superb Italian restaurant where the recipes are perfectly executed. We started with a bruschetta to share, both generous and flavorful, and very reasonably priced for the portion size. For our main courses, we chose truffle ravioli and salmon pasta. Both were very well prepared, with a special mention for the ravioli, whose truffle flavor was quite pronounced. The portions were very generous, which was particularly appreciated. For dessert, we opted for tiramisu and a gourmet coffee. Unfortunately, we couldn't finish our plates given the generous portions, but we must commend the quality of the desserts, which were as delicious as the rest of the meal. The value for money is a real strength of this restaurant. The service is quick and the staff very pleasant. An address I highly recommend to all lovers of pasta and excellent Italian cuisine!

12/05/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant on Monday evening. The owners are very friendly, the menu is extensive, the pizzas are original and delicious, and the crust is remarkable. Everything is homemade, and the desserts, made with almonds by the owner herself, are simply divine. What more can I say? This is an address you absolutely must try.

08/06/2026: Excellent! After several years, we've rediscovered our favorite restaurant. A welcome change, it's transformed from a former bistro into a gastronomic gem. The dishes are exceptionally refined, with exquisite, sophisticated flavors and stunning presentation. All this in an idyllic setting, a tiny perched Provençal village. I love it. The price is fair for such a high-end experience. Bravo!
