Le Pavillon des Boulevards
Bordeaux
27/09/2026: Upscale restaurant
Friendly welcome
Efficient service
High-quality ingredients, expertly prepared
Excellent wine list
27/09/2026: A little lack of attention from the waiters is a let down.
In addition, a comment regarding their wine menu (3 glass pairing). The waiter was not generous with the amount, to say the least. Their setup was such that for a 3 glass pairing there should be 12 cl while for a 5 class there was 8 cl. Probably too difficult for the waiter to keep track of.

Les Pavillons-Sous-Bois
30/09/2026: Absolutely beautiful, I'm going to eat there every day.
09/09/2026: I've been eating at this caterer for over 10 years. The food is good, and it's even getting better. Quite refined for an Asian caterer in the 93rd district. I'm always warmly welcomed and well served. I've always enjoyed my meals there; I call it my go-to place. Cleanliness and service are top-notch.

Le Coin
Nimes
27/09/2026: We had a wonderful meal on our final evening in Nimes. Beautiful food and charming service. The wine was excellent. Only wish we had found it earlier.
12/09/2026: We had a lunch on Friday. Small portions of exceptional quality, but you won't leave hungry. Lovely atmosphere. Service was initially slow (only one specific person takes drink orders and another one only takes food order), but everything was very pleasant and they saw us off with big smiles.
