26/04/2026: A truly wonderful culinary experience. Inventive cuisine that showcases local ingredients with finesse. The boat trip on the Loire was full of delightful and delicate surprises. The bubbles of Chenin Blanc made our taste buds dance throughout the tasting. A truly beautiful moment. Despite its original Japanese-inspired decor, the dining room is a little disappointing. And that's the only slight drawback. We eagerly await a new setting that will better showcase the chefs' cuisine.

15/05/2026: A wonderful family time this Sunday, May 10, 2026. A truly successful family reunion thanks to the Auberge du Lavoir in Garrosse. A warm and friendly welcome, an excellent meal... Everything was perfect. We were able to make the most of our time together; we felt right at home! A fantastic find! I highly recommend this inn and its entire team.

14/05/2026: I highly recommend it! ✨ This isn't our first time ordering takeout. Tonight we had two portions of chicken couscous with an extra side of meatballs. It's easily enough for three people to share. The service was very warm and friendly, the portions were extremely generous, and above all, delicious! 03/05/2026: From the very beginning, the tone was set: we were greeted by the chef and immediately felt his passion for his craft, his warm hospitality, and his desire to please! And he succeeded! The food was refined, inventive, and... delicious! The attentive service guided us throughout the meal with expert advice on our choices of dishes and wine. We went from one discovery to another, culminating in an explosive dessert (the frozen meringue volcano—yum!). An evening with friends that we'll remember (photo with chef's hat to prove it!). The dining room is spacious, allowing us to enjoy our meal in a pleasant atmosphere without feeling cramped. The service is impeccable: the servers are incredibly attentive, present without being intrusive, and with a real attention to detail. As for the food, it's flawless. The dishes are of high quality, full of flavor, and the cooking is perfectly executed. A special mention for the sea bream ceviche, which was absolutely delicious! Finally, a very pleasant surprise with the wines, at very reasonable prices. An address I highly recommend!

19/05/2026: We shared a family meal at this very pleasant crêperie. The decor and garden were lovely. The owners and waitress were very pleasant, smiling, and welcoming. The galettes and crêpes were excellent. We all thoroughly enjoyed our meal.

A delight for both the taste buds and the wallet. It's so rare to be able to eat such good food in the city with such excellent service!

It even inspired an old tradition my uncle used to follow when everything was perfect: bursting into song (or even shouting!) a Luis Mariano song without warning anyone. "Mexico" would have been perfect, but I'd forgotten the lyrics. I'll learn them and definitely be back! Love is a bouquet of violets! Thank you to the amazing team!
