23/02/2026: Discovered one evening during our holiday in Collioure. We were rather disappointed, especially since it had been recommended to us… The portions are small and the prices are high. The croquettes are frozen, the knives are terrible (unlike their price), and the ham is tasteless… We were advised to order 3-4 tapas per person, which comes to over €40 per person for snacks—very average. The tapas didn't arrive at the same time, so we all ate at different times since we weren't ordering the same things… The atmosphere wasn't bad, with Spanish music playing in the background. But the waitress kept saying "Grazie" instead of "Thank you." Someone should tell her that "gracias" is Spanish and "grazie" is Italian!

I didn't want to complain on the spot so as not to spoil a special occasion for my mother. That's highway robbery!

17/03/2026: Had a great experience at Nawab Restaurant in Paris! I tried the chicken tikka, and it was absolutely awesome—perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor. The spices were just right, and you could really taste the freshness in every bite. Definitely a place worth visiting if you're in Paris and craving delicious Indian food. Will come back again for sure!

13/03/2026: A truly wonderful and first experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant for me, and I will definitely be back. We were welcomed into a beautiful dining room with stone walls and exposed beams, tastefully decorated. The staff was incredibly attentive: elegant, discreet, efficient, and meticulous in their attention to detail. The dishes were amazing and excellent; we were all delighted and surprised by the diversity of textures, accompaniments, and flavor combinations. Each presentation was a true work of art. The cuisine was refined and sophisticated, and the appetizers and emulsions were delicious. Special mention goes to the "Grapefruit" dessert, whose presentation and taste I adored, as well as the Roscoff crab, which was truly sublime. Finally, we enjoyed delightful little bites paired with premium coffees at the end of the meal, a testament to the chef's artistic and meticulous work. Thank you to the team for their warm welcome, to the person who presented the dishes, and of course, congratulations to the kitchen staff and the chef for the quality of the meal and their creativity. We will gladly return before summer to discover new flavors!

18/03/2026: Seeing the "it's very, very good" sign by the front door, I knew I was in for a treat. And frankly, I wasn't disappointed. Thanks to my host, who went above and beyond. Everything was delicious, from the charcuterie and dry-aged meats to the cheeses and desserts, and of course, the drinks. It's the first time I've truly enjoyed cooked ham. And the pâtés en croûte? Magnificent!
