06/05/2026: Three years later, I'm finally leaving a review for this fantastic restaurant because we're still thinking about you tonight! My partner and I often think about your restaurant, saying to each other, "Wow, that was delicious!" We ate and drank very well, and the staff were so friendly. We rarely get the chance to visit this region, but just to dine at your restaurant, we're planning a return trip. A truly wonderful memory.

23/04/2026: This establishment deserves its star, but we were disappointed by one of the desserts offered and "imposed": a variation on apple. In April, we would have preferred strawberries (a dessert that was also offered to other tables). Furthermore, although we had ordered sparkling water (we thought it would be SodaStream), we were forced to use one of the three available brands. A shame!

The tastes, flavors, originality, and presentation of the dishes were all top-notch! The service and atmosphere were also excellent, both relaxed and professional. We had a wonderful time right from the start, as we were warmly welcomed with smiles and kindness. The menu offers plenty of vegetarian options, and the prices are very reasonable. 03/05/2026: We were passing through in our campervan and arrived late at the campsite. We were looking for a restaurant to eat at. We headed to a pizzeria, but they only offered takeaway in the evening. They offered us lasagna and salad to go, which were delicious. We had an aperitif while we waited, and even our dog Snoop got one too. And to finish, a little punch, which was also very good. We'll definitely be back. Thank you!

27/04/2026: Excellent! My sweetheart and I order takeout every time, and the welcome is always so warm. They always offer a little punch while we wait if we arrive early, and always have a kind word—a very friendly atmosphere. The pizzas always arrive on time. We even got a free dessert each the other day! On top of all that, their pizzas are truly excellent, honestly some of the best I've ever had. Hats off to you all, keep up the good work! 😍😍

22/04/2026: If you have the chance to dine at Pat Daniels, you'll fall in love with the restaurant, more specifically with the lovingly prepared food and the Jack Daniel's. The unique feature of this place is the Jack Daniel's influence, from cocktails and drinks to everything from appetizers to desserts... There were six of us, and the set menu was €37, or you can order à la carte. For our starter, we had the foie gras terrine, followed by the lamb shank, and for dessert, the chocolate ganache. The dishes were smooth and delicious. The gingerbread that accompanied the foie gras was truly divine; seriously, I'm not usually a big fan of gingerbread, but I could have easily eaten more slices. The main course was cooked to perfection, and the sauce was so good you'd want to put the plate down. The chocolate raspberry ganache for dessert was incredibly smooth and just the right amount of sweet. The owner is incredibly attentive to his customers; his presentation is captivating, and we wanted more. You'll feel right at home there, and time will fly by. I highly recommend this restaurant; we drove an hour just to eat there. However, be aware that it's only open Monday through Friday, and only in the evenings. It's best to make a reservation if you want an exceptional culinary experience. Thanks to Pat for this moment that suspended time and delighted our taste buds.

17/05/2026: An incredibly warm and welcoming atmosphere! A superb discovery in Saint-Martin-Vésubie. A truly passionate couple! The food was excellent, generous, and beautifully prepared. But also, a rare and genuinely warm atmosphere. The owners are lovely, very welcoming, and passionate. I had a wonderful evening chatting with them in an exceptionally friendly setting. You almost feel at home. A truly beautiful memory of my stay in the valley.

03/05/2026: Run by a couple for 20 years, the atmosphere is very pleasant and the food exquisite. I personally had the Moqueca de peixe; the most tender and delicate fish I've ever eaten, prepared with a delicious Brazilian sauce. We also shared some Brazilian specialties as appetizers and a dessert, and everything was very good! The service was excellent; the chef's husband is very attentive and friendly. I highly recommend it!
