The dishes presented a beautiful balance of flavors, with harmonious and well-chosen combinations. A special mention goes to the rediscovery of salsify, presented with finesse and creativity. I had mentioned my coconut allergy in advance. This information was perfectly taken into account, and the dessert was adapted without any difficulty. This thoughtful attention was much appreciated and demonstrates true professionalism. The service was pleasant, attentive, and meticulous, contributing greatly to the quality of the experience. 25/01/2026: Excellent find! Takeaway couscous from Mille et Une Saveurs in Conflans: high-quality products, generous portions, and above all, incredibly flavorful. The meats were perfectly cooked and very tasty, especially the chicken and meatballs. The vegetables were cooked just right, the side dishes delicious, with a special mention for the raisins and caramelized onions. Everyone loved it. We highly recommend it!
