19/01/2026: I've been coming to the Gouverneur for several years now, both for professional and personal reasons. The setting is magnificent, and the seminar facilities, restaurant, and hotel are very welcoming. Finally, the service is always impeccable. In short, I highly recommend it.

Having had the opportunity to dine there several times, we've discovered a wonderful variety of dishes, all of consistently high quality, without a single misstep. 27/01/2026: The Hotel & Restaurant La Bergerie in Saint Pierre Lafeuille is definitely worth a visit!! The room was simple, comfortable, and very clean. The restaurant was excellent, and I'll add, very good! Fresh ingredients! And superb cuisine! I loved the scallops so much (3 truly beautiful scallops) that I ordered them two nights in a row 🫣😊 and everything else was exactly the same. Perfect seasoning 👍 and truly excellent value for money! To all my fellow salespeople and business travelers, stop by 10-15 minutes from Cahors and treat yourselves 🥰

16/01/2026: Chosen at the last minute for a business trip because of its location and large, open garden (😉), I wasn't disappointed at all by the warm welcome from the owners. The rooms are spacious with views of the valley. The overnight meal was perfect.
