27/08/2026: We stumbled across this place when were looking for something our picky kid would eat. Everything was beyond fantastic and chicken katsu “was better than in oto sushi”. Oto sushi is my kids favorite sushi place at home. People are very nice and friendly

23/08/2026: We've ordered takeout twice and have been satisfied both times. Our order was always ready on time, sometimes even early. They have a variety of burgers with different toppings to suit all tastes. I didn't give it 5 stars for the atmosphere because I ordered takeout.

The dishes were delicious from start to finish. We especially enjoyed the garbure (a hearty vegetable and meat stew) and the salmon trout, which was melt-in-your-mouth tender: a real treat!
Excellent value for money, plus a very pleasant waiter. I highly recommend this place.
24/09/2026: A hidden gem. Go to this wonder restaurant and be greeted warmly and genuinely, sit inside or outside in nice weather, have a DELICIOUS meal and just sit back and relax. You are not rushed and the staff are there for your every need. Go and enjoy!

29/07/2026: What a special place to stay! The architecture, the design of the rooms, the lovely staff... all worth it. Of course the chance to try the restaurant should not be missed, it is absolutely superb. Stayed here twice now and will surely come back.
27/07/2026: A truly wonderful gastronomic experience.
The cuisine is exquisitely refined, with a perfect balance of flavors and textures. The foie gras appetizer was simply divine, while the langoustine appetizer delighted us with its freshness.
The veal was cooked to perfection. Its deliciously fragrant jus, enhanced with subtle hints of acidity, brought out all the flavors of the dish.
A restaurant we wholeheartedly recommend!

We had a wonderful evening, not only because we were in such good company, but also because the daily special was excellent, the service was pleasant and friendly, and the atmosphere on the terrace lulled us into a peaceful sleep until late!

26/08/2026: Always a very warm welcome at Petro's, the food is excellent, the service is fast, and the neighborhood atmosphere is always pleasant! I recommend it a thousand times over!
15/08/2026: Came here for a meal the other night and it was great! All the dishes are cooked home-style, with sides of seasonal vegetables freshly made. The server who served us was also SO kind.

You are, sir, the king of couscous!!!
It's been a very long time, far too long, since we last enjoyed yours. What a wonderful idea our daughter had to give it to us as a gift one Sunday at lunchtime!
10/05/2026: A fantastic discovery in Alès. The fact that it's no longer a restaurant is perhaps an advantage for both Abdel and the customers. The couscous was magnificent. Unfortunately, we couldn't save any for dinner; it was too good.
