05/05/2026: We spent one night there, arriving and leaving in the rain. The very warm welcome and genuine friendliness of our hosts made our stay exceed our expectations. We also ate very well. The room was simple, small but clean, and we slept very well. Thank you, Béatrice and Franck, and we hope to return.

26/05/2026: A wonderful experience, our first time there, it was perfect, we'll definitely be back. A big thank you to the washer who served us throughout the evening and who came to tell us she was leaving because she had finished her shift. Keep up the good work, we'll be back for sure.
16/05/2026: This concept can't be compared to other all-you-can-eat buffets; here, you're served on demand, with extra-fresh and generous portions of sushi. My son loves the mackerel sushi and insists that Hoki Sushi is where he eats the best sushi, maki, and stir-fried noodles. It's the only restaurant we go to when we're craving sushi.
We went there last night, and it's always a success.

We all ordered dessert from the menu, yet the restaurant charged us an extra €4 per person for our birthday cake. A complete lack of customer service for a celebration. A very disappointing customer experience.

25/04/2026: Walked in last minute without reservation. The staff welcomed me without hesitation. Food and service was precise, intentional, and focused without pretension. Wine list was priced with precision. My new favorite meal in Beaune.
23/04/2026: A very pleasant evening; not a huge selection on the menu (not considered a negative), but the dishes on the plate were delicious! Combined with a nice wine list, and being able to chat about the wines in Dutch with sommelier Jarne as a Belgian is obviously an extra plus!

Axel provided a warm and efficient welcome and service. The menu was lovely, featuring exclusively homemade dishes. There was also a nice veranda. Excellent value for money. We will definitely return.
