16/05/2026: A wonderful discovery. Impeccable and very attentive service. Exquisitely prepared dishes. Thank you to the chef for suggesting the bluefin tuna, which wasn't on the menu, as it was our second visit in two days. We will gladly return.

07/06/2026: A typical Ibis hotel in a good, convenient location, allowing for a quick walk to Besançon's old town. The rooms are clean, air-conditioned, and quiet. The breakfast buffet is small but excellent, offering something for everyone. The service is friendly.

31/05/2026: Review regarding the takeaway service only, as the restaurant itself is excellent! Very, very disappointed. They were selling products that had expired two days prior, the dispensers were practically empty with only a few hamburgers, Caesar salads, and drinks. There was very, very little choice. I called twice to ask about the delivery date and time (specified day, specified time), but after three trips, nothing had changed: the same products. It's a shame, as it really contrasts with the restaurant, which, as I said, is truly fantastic! They should stop this type of sales if it doesn't demonstrate more professionalism and benefit the business. Rest assured, I look forward to seeing you soon for a delicious gourmet meal at one of your tables!

27/02/2026: Disappointment! While it used to be good, fresh, and the service was impeccable, yesterday it was a disaster. An hour for a starter (Serrano ham) and a main course (veal breast with pasta) that was bland and tasteless, and to top it off, a waiter who dared to tell us that if we were in a hurry, we should just eat a sandwich! No, I no longer recommend this place. The food needs improvement, and especially the professionalism of the staff.
