15/06/2026: Good location, staff generally warm and welcoming. Visited in June 2026. I'm a self-employed nurse in the town of Bègles and I wanted to buy a bottle of water during the heatwave between patients. I was charged €5 for a bottle of Perrier. Even at airports, it's not that priced. It's probably a case of taking advantage of the heatwave to inflate water prices... Too bad. I won't be going back.

Very good value for money. The welcome is warm and friendly in a beautiful, newly renovated dining room, and on sunny days, the pleasant panoramic shaded terrace is a real bonus. A delicious and convivial meal is guaranteed, and we will gladly return. Thank you to the entire team at "Chez Germaine"!

22/04/2026: We stayed at the hotel for two nights. It's very centrally located, ideal for exploring the city on foot or taking excursions in the surrounding area. The breakfast was superb, with all very high-quality and fresh products (orange juice, cold cuts, coffee, etc.). The attention to detail is evident (elegant tableware, etc.). The service was very attentive and friendly. We also had lunch there once; the value for money is unbeatable.

Between the peaceful, natural setting (the pétanque court is a huge bonus), the exceptional homemade cuisine, and the staff's kindness, I highly recommend this place! Well done! 29/03/2026: Hello Pizza Tradition, last night I really enjoyed your carbonara pizza, although it smelled a bit like alcohol. My mother liked it too, but my sister said it didn't taste like it. Don't listen to people who tell you that at 8:15 or 9 pm you've ordered too much and that you can't do anything about it. I really enjoyed it. On Friday night, I had a friend over, and before going to her place, she didn't hesitate to give me kisses. And thank you for making my pizza early because I wasn't going to wait until 8:15 pm. So, work hard, don't give up, and don't argue with your colleagues. Have a good day and all the best. Bye bye 🙋

15/04/2026: The best restaurant in every respect that I've been to in the Saumur region for several years. Professional and friendly service, refined and creative cuisine (a touch more side dishes perhaps?), a warm and cozy atmosphere—what more could you ask for! I'm very critical and always find something to criticize, but here, I must admit that everything was perfect. A big thank you to the whole team; we will be back.

13/06/2026: Very good! Unfortunately, the dessert we wanted was no longer available on the lunch menu, but the waiter was accommodating and gave us raspberries instead of strawberries.

01/05/2026: A 30-minute wait is shameful. The management needs to be reviewed; the manager isn't doing their job. I worked at a McDonald's with a good manager where orders were ready in 5 minutes. I'm giving it one star, but I think less.

29/04/2026: Around 6 PM, I stopped at the McDonald's in Benejac. It was really quiet. We ordered four takeout meals. When I went to pick up my order, one of the meals was missing fries. I went back to ask for them (they added them), but when I got home, I realized that some sauces were missing. (There's definitely a BIG PROBLEM with the sauces at this location; judging by the previous reviews, it's true.) I didn't want to be a pain, but my children had ordered two "Super Mario Galaxy" meals. I ended up with only one box, and both meals were in the same package with only one free gift, whereas normally, when there are two meals, there are two boxes and two free gifts. (Gifts charged at €1.95 each (so €3.90 for 2, and I only received 1). And again, no sauces (which were supposed to be included with this menu). I think it's a bit of a rip-off, as there was no pressure on them. I'm only giving it 2 stars because the burgers were good, though.)
