23/05/2026: After writing this review, the manager came to our table and started yelling and getting angry at us. The service was disastrous. The staff were extremely rude and unpleasant. After a long delay in being served, they even asked us if we wanted them to take our order again—a completely unacceptable attitude. As for the cakes, they tasted awful. A truly disappointing experience from beginning to end.

19/05/2026: Very disappointed with our table (the first one facing the entrance). We asked to be seated elsewhere before ordering, but were refused because the place was already full (even though it was filling up as we waited). As a result, we were cold the whole time (customers kept opening the door and blocking it, the crowd pushed past us, and we were stuck in front of our table waiting to be seated). We came to enjoy a pleasant time with friends, but instead we ended up policing the door. It was very uncomfortable! The pear and chocolate tart I ordered was good, as was the tea. It's difficult to give a higher rating under these circumstances. I did like the place, though.

08/06/2026: As a regular at this restaurant whenever I'm in Cambrai, I have absolutely nothing to complain about. From the welcome to the quality of the food, I'm never disappointed. Kudos to the professionalism and versatility of the waiter yesterday who alternated between the bar and the desserts. I'll be back for the pleasure of seeing him again ☺️

16/05/2026: Excellent service... top-notch staff... with a great atmosphere... it was my husband's birthday and I hadn't ordered anything... the staff arrived with a little treat which was a lovely touch, and the food was piping hot.

02/06/2026: The noodles are homemade, but I don't think the soups are. The portions are quite small, especially the zhajiang noodles, which left me wanting more. The service is friendly and pleasant, but it took a while to take our order. They were dealing with Uber Eats orders, which meant we waited 10 minutes even though our table was the only one left to order. The restaurant is small, but the atmosphere is pleasant.

28/05/2026: One of the best noodle dishes I've ever eaten! I recommend the beach noodle bowl with pork, a real treat! Very fast service, I'll be back and I highly recommend it.

30/05/2026: We waited over an hour only to finally get a refund. No one came to tell us that the orders placed at the kiosks weren't working.

12/05/2026: This Saturday we went to this McDonald's for dinner with friends. We met up to order only to find the door closed, and there was only one self-service kiosk for about a hundred people. McDonald's advertises closing time as 2 AM, but they actually closed the restaurant at 1 AM. That evening, the manager even threatened customers in front of children, amidst the dissatisfaction of customers who had waited a long time. This kind of behavior is unacceptable. Furthermore, I didn't even order anything. In short, McDonald's, train your staff!

15/05/2026: The welcome was always up to the standard of the mountain inn, the local produce was perfect, with a particularly successful casserole of lamb shoulder pieces in a sauce worthy of a top chef. The service, with the owner always attentive to customers, will be back next time (with sunshine).

11/06/2026: A rather long wait: 40 minutes... Long... Furthermore, there were very few other customers with us, and there were only three of us in my group. After waiting 30 minutes, we went to complain, to which we received the response: "The order hasn't been placed." I unfortunately think that forgetting to place an order negatively impacts the customer experience and the restaurant's image. In this case, it's more of a slow food establishment than a "fast food" place... (No compensation offered...)

12/06/2026: Why am I writing this review? I find this restaurant very inconsiderate with extras. For example, I ordered a set menu but didn't order the included dessert. Instead, I asked for a coffee. They charged me extra. Not dishonest, but inconsiderate. As for the food, the cooking wasn't done properly and the dishes were a bit heavy.

06/05/2026: Great experience! 🍝🍕 I had the carbonara, and it was excellent. My mom chose a calzone, which was equally delicious. There's a wide variety of dishes on the menu, so everyone can easily find something they like. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend it!!

12/06/2026: We arrived at 9:55 PM on a Thursday evening, along with two other cars that had arrived before us, and were made to wait until 10:01 PM at the kiosk only to be told that the drive-thru was closed because it closes at 10:00 PM... It's unacceptable to make three cars wait at the drive-thru just to avoid preparing an order...
