16/05/2026: A wonderful discovery at Moulin des Saveurs in Barbaste. The place is full of charm, with its cave-like dining room located directly opposite the Moulin des Tours. Chef Sébastien Gilbert's cuisine is masterful from start to finish: excellent pan-seared foie gras, very fresh tuna tataki, perfectly seared prawns, and incredibly tender lamb. The meal ended beautifully with cheeses and a lovely pineapple-based dessert. Special mention goes to the excellent wine pairing recommendations. The staff is attentive, and the value for money is truly exceptional for the complete menu with wines. This is a must-visit in the region, and I wholeheartedly recommend it.

23/05/2026: Terrible welcome. Unpleasant waiter. We were crammed six to a tiny table. It was impossible to sit at two tables despite them being available. Go to Le Chimère across the street instead 😉

22/05/2026: Excellent find in Golf Juan! I had the Gigi pizza, which was excellent, perfectly topped, and bursting with flavor. Special mention to the whole team: all the servers were pleasant, smiling, and genuinely friendly, which made the experience by the harbor even better. A great place that I highly recommend! P.S.: I even forgot my cell phone, and the server was very kind and brought it to the counter right away.

16/05/2026: What a gem! We arrived late afternoon on a very busy Saturday and we were concerned we wouldn't find a place without a reservation. Thankfully, we came across this place and so glad we did. The food was so good and the place was so adorable! It was definitely a local vibe, not touristy or in a touristy area. We would definitely recommend this place!!

24/05/2026: The food was bland. None of the three dishes impressed us. The use of citrus fruits and other fruits in the dishes unnecessarily complicated the basic ingredients and added nothing. A shame, a wasted and expensive evening.
