The dough is beautiful, with lovely air pockets in the crust, and it's cooked perfectly, without the half-burnt edges I often see in other restaurants. For the price, it's really fantastic. I might have preferred the same amount of ham sliced ​​thinner, but that's just a personal preference, and it was still very good as it was.

23/05/2026: Having visited the Umami restaurant in Chambéry, I came to try this one with its view of Lake Bourget. The service was pleasant and efficient. Overall, the meal was decent, but the rice was a bit mushy. A type of sushi with tapenade didn't hold its shape well (it wasn't formed properly). The menu is à la carte only, and there aren't many choices. Reservations are only accepted by phone.

The wine list is very expensive: €7.50 for a glass of Côtes du Rhône, and a 25cl carafe isn't any cheaper. The decor is typical of old Parisian bistros, and the terrace is pleasant. The interior isn't very well maintained.

The turkey/ham/cheese ratio is questionable: it was practically all turkey and cartilage. The fries were greasy and tasteless. 15/07/2026: A truly shameful experience at Le Cristal. The staff can be friendly, but the way this establishment treats its customers is unacceptable. During the World Cup, the rules seemed to change according to their mood. The first time, it was impossible to simply order a drink: we were forced to order food. The second time, we were required to spend a minimum of €30 per person. There were four of us, and we were clearly told that even if we didn't spend €120, they would still put €120 on the payment terminal at the end. In addition to these abusive practices, five items from our order were missing. Disorganized service, rules made up on the spot, and pressure on customers to spend more. It's a complete mess. They make their own rules, impose them without any shame, and treat customers like fools. Avoid at all costs.

What made our visit truly special was the outstanding service we received from Pablo. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, comfortable, and valued as guests. His professionalism, kindness, attention to detail, and genuine warmth turned a great meal into a memorable experience. It is rare to meet someone who takes such pride in their work and treats customers with so much care. Pablo is a real credit to the restaurant, and we hope his efforts are recognised because he made our evening unforgettable. Thank you to the entire team at Le Cristal Bar Brasserie for such a wonderful experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent food and first-class service in Paris.

05/07/2026: A truly gourmet restaurant that we've frequented for several years and have never been disappointed. The welcome and service are impeccable and always friendly. The quality of the dishes is perfect in terms of both presentation and taste. Excellent value for money! First set of photos: €38 menu and second set of photos: €56 menu. Without a doubt, one of the best restaurants in the region.
