22/08/2026: A quality roadside and workers' restaurant, which is becoming rare.
Set menu with a choice of two homemade dishes. It's always good.
The starters and desserts are also homemade.
The prices are very reasonable, the welcome is friendly, and the service is efficient.
Note that the new team took over two years ago, so disregard the previous reviews.

05/09/2026: The waitress was lovely, very attentive, and went out of her way for the customers. The duck breast with sauerkraut was a little fatty, but the ribeye steak was cooked to perfection with small vegetables and wonderfully crispy fries. We were delighted to find a restaurant of this quality so close to the train station.

17/09/2026: Nice atmosphere, a little shabby but actually quite cute. Unfortunately, the mayo that came with the nuggets and avocado toast tasted strongly of mustard, and you have to order at the counter, which we didn't realize and nobody told us. It wasn't mentioned anywhere. All in all, okay.

This place is as much a feast for the eyes as it is for the taste buds (the best homemade chocolate fondant, a must-try, GO FOR IT!)

02/09/2026: The best shank of my life! I'm a lover of this cut of meat and have tried it in various places where it's considered a typical dish, but never so good: tender and flavorful meat that never gets old, thanks in part to the refreshing side dishes and the unique horseradish sauce. I've been back to try other dishes, and they've all been excellent, but the shank remains my favorite! The waitress upstairs was very kind and friendly. The atmosphere is rustic and warm. Highly recommended!

21/06/2026: We ate here twice for lunch. We were very warmly welcomed by two ladies. Both times we were able to sit outside on the lovely terrace. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly. The service is spontaneous and warm. The food is very tasty. Very good, tender meat. Also, delicious kidneys in mustard sauce and excellent sauerkraut. Homemade gâteau forêt noir. Simply a nice place to relax and enjoy a delicious meal.
10/06/2026: Fish in Riesling sauce and excellent homemade Black Forest cake. Impeccable welcome and atmosphere. Attentive service and an intimate setting on the church grounds.

10/08/2026: A perfect little meal in this spot at the end of July. Visiting family in Lavaur, and after a very poor reception at a first, overcrowded restaurant, we discovered this lovely pizzeria, which was also busy that evening, but whose owner nevertheless welcomed us with great kindness. Delicious pizza made with fresh ingredients. A very nice selection of craft beers, etc. Thank you again, we will definitely be back. Kisses from the Var. ✨ See you soon 🪷🙏

17/04/2026: A very pleasant hotel thanks to the presence of Muriel, who was naturally smiling and offered helpful advice for getting around Haguenau.
We enjoyed Wednesday evening's meal and the excellent breakfasts: the bean-to-cup coffee machine, the well-stocked buffet, and the freshly cut fruit. Everything looked delicious!
Kudos to the entire smiling and polite team!

The rooms are very clean and the bedding very comfortable. The bathroom was also very clean.
The breakfast was good and varied.
And the welcome was very warm!!
My family and I therefore highly recommend this establishment. It may not look like much from the outside (it's a B&B and close to the highway), but we were extremely pleasantly surprised and satisfied. (And you don't hear any noise at all, just the birds in the morning).
So thank you very much!!

26/08/2026: Excellent! High-quality, French products, many of them homemade! Very friendly staff! The atmosphere is calm! The place is clean, honestly, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect! It's also near the Oriental Park of Maulévrier. I wouldn't hesitate to go back! I highly recommend it!
(Parking is easy near the park)

30/08/2026: No allergen list! Which is a shame when you need to check for the presence of an ingredient. I thought it was mandatory! Otherwise, the food is varied and very good! At least, from what I've tried. It's about time they took sensitivities into consideration.
