10/05/2026: As a restaurateur, I thoroughly enjoyed myself from start to finish! Finally, a restaurant that works with real ingredients with passion and precision.
The chicken with morels was simply exceptional, perfectly cooked, and the sauce was incredible. And what a pleasure to find truly high-quality foie gras, generous and full of flavor.
This is a place that deserves to be known; congratulations to the chef and the entire team!

The chef's experience, gained from his time at the Élysée Palace and other prestigious establishments, is evident in every dish.

Simple dishes, but the flavor is definitely there.

15/02/2026: Hello, La OLLA is a very pleasant place, I really like their sea and pirate decor 😊 For the moment, the atmosphere is peaceful. But I'm waiting for summer so it will be even more enjoyable.
