09/06/2026: I placed my order at the kiosk at 12:49 PM, thinking it would be pretty quick. 25 minutes later, I finally received my salad. The portion seemed small, especially after ordering the double protein. There were only two people handling salad restocking, replenishing supplies, and taking payments. Overall, my experience was mixed. The salad didn't make up for the wait.

29/09/2026: This was my second time here, and the atmosphere was completely different from my first visit. Last time it was quite calm, while today it was much livelier — perhaps because it’s Fashion Week. There was also a special collaboration with a chef from Ibiza, with a tasting menu at €275 per person. We decided to order à la carte instead. We wanted to try the salmon picanha, but unfortunately it was already sold out. We had the blinis with salmon, the Novéjan, and the pasta with salmon roe. Everything was very good. The blinis came in two different styles: one very large blini and another serving with four medium-sized ones. Personally, I prefer the smaller blinis, but both were good. Overall, a very enjoyable dinner and definitely a place I would recommend.

18/06/2026: A wonderful discovery in Fontenay-sous-Bois! We had a fantastic time at Les Clanchistes. The welcome was warm, the service attentive, and it made us want to come back. The dishes were sophisticated, delicious, and prepared with high-quality ingredients. You can tell there's real care put into both the food and the customer experience. A place I highly recommend!

People come as much for the atmosphere as for the food. It's a place where life is good, there's banter, laughter... and it feels great. Speaking of food, there's nothing to complain about: fresh, delicious, and genuine. Well-prepared ingredients, no frills, but bursting with flavor. And what about the wines? 04/09/2026: I was very disappointed by this restaurant. The grilled ravioli were clearly grilled before being served, then placed on plates and reheated in the microwave after being ordered. Needless to say, they arrived rubbery. I heard more microwave noise than actual cooking sounds in this restaurant. The noodles were overcooked, and the sauce had no real flavor other than MSG. The service wasn't very friendly either.

10/09/2026: We came to eat last night with a group of friends. The welcome was acceptable. We were served by waiters who were a bit overly familiar, especially in this type of establishment. A nice menu, but exorbitant prices (€6 for two eggs! ... Of course, I'm not even mentioning the rest, which is outrageously expensive.) However, the problem isn't so much the price, but the quality that should accompany it. (My menu: bone marrow, steak tartare, and apple waffles) The price of the meal included a bottle of wine to share between six of us. €43 per person, so at that price, it has to be top-notch! For my part, the bone marrow was uninteresting, completely unseasoned, and undercooked. The beef tartare was far from what one would expect; the meat was seasoned without respecting the basics, it was white and greasy (beef tartare should be red and bloody). There was no accompanying sauce; the waiter offered us aioli and a cognac sauce... I don't see the connection. I'm not even mentioning the side dishes: a few salad leaves and a small handful of undercooked, uninteresting Salardaise potatoes. I'm raising the rating for the dessert, an exorbitant €10, but acceptable. (I won't even mention the four scoops and whipped cream my tablemate ordered for €10.) This restaurant has lost its former glory. It used to be a small bistro by the port, renowned for its atmosphere and food. It's a new location, just a few years ago. Success and expansion have led to decline. P.S.: I rarely leave reviews, but I had a rough night, and besides struggling to digest the bill, I didn't digest the meal either.
